New media as a key factor of electoral marketing

Diploma thesis " New media as a key factor of the electoral marketing " deals with the role of new media in the electoral marketing. The author of this thesis tries to demonstrate the influence of new media on the success of candidates in the elections. Specifically, the author works with the Presidential elections in 2013 in the Czech Republic. On thi example author tries to verificate the hypothesis that without the use of new media in the election campaign, candidates can not succeed in the campaign . To confirm the hypothesis, author uses the QCA - quantitative comparative analysis. This type of analysis brings mathematical elements to the social sciences. The main tool for this analysis is to statements manner , as we know from mathematics. In addition to the analysis itself, diploma thesis also describes the functioning of the new media , specifically social networks: Facebook , Twitter and Youtube, that is social networks, which are used by most Czech Republic . The thesis deals with the vice-president's office of the USA, his powers and his position in the American executive. Considering relatively limited constitutional definition of the vice-presidency, also circumstances of the historic evolution of election this function and issues of vice-president's succession to the presidential office are the subjects of my thesis. The vice-president's selection in the United States of America used to be for many reasons a very important and by the public desirously awaited decision of a presidential candidate before presidential elections. This is the reason, why the thesis deals also with the issue of the impact of the vice-president's nomination on a presidential campaign.

Comparison of the principles of complex land adjustment abroad and in the Czech republic

This diploma thesis deals with comparison of land consolidations in the Czech Republic and selected countries. The countries for comparison are Poland, Lithuania and the Netherlands. The comparison is focused on legislation that addresses the issue of land consolidations. For each country, there is a short introduction and then described the process of land consolidations, their definitions, forms, participants, financing etc. In conclusion, the author emphasizes the major differences between the compared countries and the Czech Republic.
The possibilities of gaining three-dimensional data within internet environment

Paper maps become a thing of the past at the time of Internet and navigation technologies. With the advent of new technologies present maps are created in digital form by vector drawing and old maps are transformed into digital ones. These data can be also published on the Internet and it is also possible to work with them in Geographic information system. In this work I tried to study, describe and compare possibilities which are offered by various web interfaces.
