Development of Business Activities of Tour Operator PUX TRAVEL

The aim of this master's thesis is to propose a business activities development of tour operator Pux Travel. Master's thesis describes and evaluates current position of the company, analyses the external and internal environment of the company and summarizes the results in the SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, some business development suggestions have been proposed in order to improve company's competitive ability.

The submitted thesis focuses on one of the aspects of individuals procedural status, namely their procedural guarantees - human rights in international criminal procedure. The analyse of human rights in international criminal procedure (the proceedings before International Criminal Court) was done having been backed by statutory regulations of international military tribunals and ad hoc tribunal for Former Yugoslavia and Rwanda and their case-law. This bachelor thesis is aimed at the implementation of The Global Code of Ethics for Tourism, published by United Nations World Tourism Organisation into practice in Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the The Global Code of Ethics for Tourism and defines important terms applied in it. The thesis is concluded by an evaluation of the forms of implementation of the Code into practice and proposes practically usable recommendations, both based on the research in the practical part of the thesis.
