Theoretical part of this work describes indication of operation, count of operations in five-year period, types of laparoscopic operations - mainly focused on laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic operations of inguinal hernias, including their possible complications. Theoretical part continues with theory of pain, pain types, factors which contribute in pain sensation, its diagnostics and evaluation, procedural pain after laparoscopic operations, three-step analgetic ladder, selected NANDA diagnoses focused on pain, fear and anxiety, nursing goals are clearly identified and nurse personnel interventions are described.
