Economic efficiency of public investment project

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic efficiency of a public investment project using cost-benefit analysis. The theoretical part explains the basic terms and the individual steps of the analysis, which are subsequently used in the next chapter of the thesis. The practical part deals with the evaluation of the reconstruction of a historic house in the town of Nové Hrady, where 4 housing units will be built. The last step of this thesis is processing the sensitivity analysis.

Inventory controlling

The diploma thesis deals with Inventory Controlling in a selected accounting unit. The aim of the diploma thesis is the analysis of controlling activities in the field of inventories and supplies, their evaluation and application to a selected company, including the determination of optimization proposals. Based on the analysis of control activities, the individual activities are then evaluated and optimization solutions in the area of inventory man-agement are proposed. The inventory analysis is performed in the company Impregnace Soběslav s. r. o., which deals mainly with the production and pressure impregnation of wooden pillars and sleepers. Based on the results obtained in the field of inventory management, the ABC method and the XYZ method for material classification are proposed. Furthermore, the FIFO method for valuing inventories at issue is proposed, and in the case of inventory budgeting, it is proposed to perform an analysis of deviations.

Comparison of the financial situation of agricultural holdings depending on the production orientation

The bachelor thesis evaluates the financial development of farms throughout the period of 2013-2017 depending on the type of farming. The data used for the analyses, are collected from a database Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN). The data in FADN are so-called standard outputs recalculated per average farm in each of the EU member states. The outputs are almost identical to those in the balance sheet or profit and loss account. The ratio analysis is used for the comparison of each states. Financial ratios as profitability, liquidity, debt and activity ratios are used in the thesis. The thesis is also focused on the comparison of results of the Czech Republic with three states of the EU - Germany, Austria and Poland. The data of three other states are also from the FADN database.

Tasks of thesis: 1) The medical history of the amputee 2) Gait training for amputee with C-Leg component 3) Application of gait training to our methodology of cross-country skiing for unilateral above-knee amputee and implement this methodology to practical training. Metod of thesis: The basic approach of qualitative research in our thesis is a case study of gait training and cross-country skiing for unilateral above-knee amputee. Results of thesis: Overall evaluation shows the efficiency of connection of gait training with training og cross-country skiing for unilateral above-knee amputee. We took the history of amputee, delt with gait training according to our basic methodological elements and then we applied this methodology. Střevní paraziti ze středověké lokality v Praze

The aim of this thesis was to examine the archeological material from medieval site in Prague and identify human or animal intestinal parasite eggs or cysts. The concetration methods were used for parasite identification and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used for detection of parasitic protist DNA. In comparision with the results of most of similar research, the occurrence of parasites was low.

This thesis is about the disease called sickle cell anemia, or drepanocytosis. In this thesis is described the history of the disease, pathophysiology, laboratory features, various clinical features, diferencial diagnosis, quality of life in sickle cell anemia and therapy.
