The graduation thesis deals with history of winery and the culture of wine in the Czech Republic. In the first part the author focused on attribute of wineyard Pustina, its original and climatic charakteristics. There is a description od selected variaties of grapevine, which were used as experimental plants. The practical part of thesis is based on the result of experimental planting of chosen varieties of grapevine as recommendation for another wineyards with the same weather conditions as Pustina.
Znojemsko, jeho integrovaná produkce a bioprodukce révy vinné

The aim of this bachelors work with theme The Znojmo region, its integrated production and bio-production of grape wine is to rate the whole production and the meaning of integrated production and bio-production of grape wine in the region of Znojmo. It describes the history of viticulture and wine making in sub-region of Znojmo and also the legislation and systems of wine growing in Czech republic. The attention was paid to characteristics of wine growing sub-region of Znojmo, geological and climatic conditions. The gathered data about wine growing were displayed in tabular and graphic tables where i described grape yards in villages of the region, the characteristic types of wine with the average values of yield. Then I introduced two companies which concentrate on integrated production (Zemědělské družstvo Hodonice and Vinné sklepy Lechovice) and one grape yard with organic production (Vinařství Barabáš) which are key for the region. I also introduced smaller grape yards which concentrate on growing and making wine in this region and presented gathered information from harvest of grapevine (Vinařství Sádek, s.r.o. a Vinařství rodiny Čurdovi).
