Business Plan - Establishment for Processing and Sale of Beef Meat

Abstract The master‘s thesis deals with the creating of business plan of the establishment for the processing and sale of beef. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part summarizes the theory, which contains the necessary theoretical background within which the analytical and solution proposal part is processed. The second main part is the analytical part, which summarizes the results of the questionnaire survey and strategic analysis. In the last solution proposal part, the business plan itself is created.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the efficiency of ZD Výčapy, družstvo for the period 2014-2018 using financial analysis tools. The theoretical part explains the various methods of financial analysis and indicators that are used in this work. In the practical part, selected indicators are applied and with their help, a financial analysis is made. The last part of the thesis focuses on suggestions that could help the collective farm to improve its current situation.

The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of a business company using Balanced Scorecard. The theoretical part of the thesis defines important theoretical knowledge taken from scholarly literature, which forms the necessary basis for the following parts. The analytical part is used to introduce the business company and perform strategic analysis. The obtained values and knowledge are then applied in the design part of the work. The design part focuses on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard model in a business company and the design of other recommendations that enable performance increase and competitive market position improvement.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of the financial situation in the company AVL Čechy spol. s r.o. in the time period from 2016 to 2020 and possible proposals to its improvements. Thesis is divided into three parts, first part is theoretical definicion of elementary concepts and methods. The second part describes company AVL Čechy spol. s r.o. and also presents it's strategic and financial analysis. The third part presents evaliation of financial analysis and possible recommendations to improve the financial situation.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation on the financial situation of the companions Chládek a Tintěra, Havlíčkův Brod a.s. in the period of time 2015 till 2019 and subsequent proposals to improve the currect situation. In the theoretical part there are defined the indicators of the financial analysis by which it is subsequently done analytic part of the bachelor. The analytic part includes individual calculations based on knowledge from the theoretical part. In the last part of the thesis proposes measures and recommendations to improve the current financial situation of the company.

Bachelor thesis is about the evaluation of financial situation of the Dermacol, a. s. company for the period of 2014-2018. In the first part there is explained what is pursued by the financial analysis and also the individual methods are described. The second part contains the basic information about the company, applies the indicators from the theoretical part of the thesis and eventually evaluates the results of the financial analysis. On the basis of these results the proposals for the improvement of the financial situation are formulated in the third part of the thesis.

This thesis is focused on application of Management Control system in a Business with using two controlling methods. The company Jaroslav Janíček - Auto Janíček will be analyzed during the years 2015 - 2017. This thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part deals with controlling and used methods. Then the company is analyzed, followed by a practical part, which includes a method of calculating a multi-level contribution to cover fixed costs and profits and analysis of customer profitability. Finally, there are suggestions for improvement.

Online Fundraising in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis introduces the topic of online fundraising primarly based on foreign scholarly literature. The thesis focuses mostly on its tools, but it also presents ethical rules or evaluation. The goal of the diploma thesis after introduction this topic to the czech public is to analyse the half-structured questionnaire and identify successful organizations. In addition to that, the aim of the research is to discover the application of key success factors of online fundraising among identified successful organizations, which are at the end supplemented by inspirations and recommendations from czech NGOs.
