Control of two-axis positioning table

The bachelor thesis deals with design and implementation of software for control of two axis positioning table. Table control is implemeted in PLC with the Beckhoff EL 7642 card for DC motor control. Software is designed in the TwinCat3 enviroment, using TC_MC2 according to the PLCopen standard. The use of camming and gearing methods for central control of two motors is presented too.

The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of type labels, used for marking of products in series production. The research part of the thesis deals with the issues of the used label media and label printing. The issue of content and design of labels is analyzed. The result of thesis is a graphic editor for designing labels and their translation into ZPL II. This language is mainly used by Zebra Technologies printers, which are very common used in industry.

Control of linear drive HIWIN by NI SoftMotion

This thesis deals with the control of HIWIN three-phase linear synchronous motor using NI SoftMotion and frequency inverter D1-N on the NI Compact RIO platform. In the introductory section is discussed the classification of linear motors, the principle of functionality of linear synchronous motors, described the fieldbus EtherCAT and the NI SoftMotion module. Further work is dedicated to the hardware used, its parameter, configuration and the regulation of drive control. The final part focuses on the design and implementation of axis control and movement accuracy verification.

Sociální práce v ČR se od roku 1989 mohutně rozvíjí a není důvodu domnívat se, že by tomu mělo být v příštích letech jinak. Uvolnění podmínek pro rozvoj sociální práce u nás zapříčiněné pádem takzvaného "komunistického režimu" dalo vzniknout nepřebernému množství poskytovatelů sociálních služeb postavených na různých filosofických, etických a politických základech, poskytujících množství různých služeb rozdílné kvality. Tento stav není zapříčiněn pouze roztříštěností současných věd o člověku, ze kterých vychází teorie sociální práce, jak by se mohlo na první pohled zdát, ale i dlouhodobou neexistencí standardu kvality poskytovaných služeb a z toho vyplývající nemožnosti tuto kvalitu posuzovat a kontrolovat. Ačkoli se již řadu let věnuje této otázce zájem, jehož výsledkem jsou Standardy kvality sociálních služeb, resp. jejich mírná modifikace, která je součástí zákonu č. 108/2006 o sociálních službách, nejsou ještě zdaleka principy v nich obsažené poskytovateli chápány (neřku- li naplňovány) zcela jasně a v dostatečné míře. Výrazným fenoménem české sociální práce působícím na její dnešní podobu je také určitá diskontinuita jejího vývoje způsobená čtyřiceti lety vlády KSČ v naší zemi. Using NI SoftMotion for control of multi-axis manipulators

The purpose of the thesis is to become familiar with the issue of motion control systems, to acquaint with the NI SoftMotion module and after that use it to create an application for control of the multi-axis manipulator. The algorithm of control is solved analytically and numerically by terms of forward and inverse kinematics. The result of the thesis is the motion application of software NI SoftMotion, which is a part of a simulated virtual model of three-axis manipulator and in consequence the software is used on real hardware.
Measurement and visualization of parameters in hydraulic circuits

This bachelor's thesis deals with measurement and vizulation of the hydraulic circuits. First part of this work introduces a selected hyraulic task. Following chapters describe the possibilities of measuring hydraulic parameters, along with the principles of pressure sensors, flow and temperature. The following section describes measurement application in NI LabVIEW which is used to wiew and export relevant data related to measuring. The last chapter is an evaluation of the application, along with a demonstration and description of output measurement

The essence of this diploma thesis is the design and implementation of software for laser ablation control. The paper describes laser ablation, hardware specifications of device and application requirements. The second part provides description of design and implementation of the actual application in NI LabView.
