Emise přeplňovaného zážehového motoru
Pospíšil, Jan
This diploma thesis is focused on emissions and emissions measurements of petrol engines. At the beginning the way of emissions genesis and composition in the combustion space were explained. The following part explains the ways of measuring emissions for the petrol engine, both in Europe and in the United States. Finally legislative and homologation claims for gasoline engine, including an analysis of measured data on a roller dynamometer were described. An experiment based on measuring of power and emissions of Skoda Octavia was carried out on chassis dynamometer. The results were compared with legislative emissions requirements.
Manufacturing of parts with lattice structure and topological optimization
Pospíšil, Jan ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zouhar, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals vith the design of welding torch holder using topology optimization and lattice structure. The objective of this thesis is gaining knowledge about topology optimization in different software and aplication of methods to that part. Conclusion of this thesis is about production design and economic evaluation.
Localization In Lorawan Technology
Pospíšil, Jan
The article deals with the topic of localization in LoRaWAN (tm) network with the selection of suitable position estimation method which is TDoA. There are also described the hardware requirements for applying that method. The second part focuses on how to implement the TDoA algorithm with subsequent simulation of position estimation error.
Focused eletron beam induced deposition
Juřík, Karel ; Zmeškal, Oldřich (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jan (advisor)
Within this work, a set of depositions induced by focused electron beam was prepared. The depositions were prepared in the presence of water vapours from trimethyl(methylcyclopentadienyl)platinum(IV) precursor. The dependence of prepared materials purity on beam accelerating voltage and water vapour pressure was measured. The best platinum content was achieved at (27,2 ± 0,4) at. %, with beam accelerating voltage 5 kV, beam current 1600 pA and water vapour pressure 100 Pa. Due to subsequent long-term exposure to light, air humidity and air oxygen, the platinum content was increased to (39,2 ± 2,1) at. %.
Teaching-space paradigm
Hodulíková, Diana ; Pospíšil, Jan (referee) ; Sládeček, Svatopluk (advisor)
The work is focused on new design of Faculty of architecture in Brno.
Advanced detection of rogue access point in wireless networks
Šebestová, Dominika ; Pospíšil, Jan (referee) ; Fujdiak, Radek (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to get acquainted with the available implementation options of Rogue Access Point (RAP) and the detection methods used to detect such points from the side of the client or server, and from the principles of the studied methods implement a solution that is able to detect various types of the Evil Twin (ET). The thesis covers implementation of detection methods based on TCP connection properties and a method monitoring data frames, specifically their arrival time, specific length and source and destination MAC address. Connection of these methods creates an universal detection methods on the client’s side that is tested on the experimental network.
Analysis of Wi-Fi traffic
Bakó, Zdeněk ; Pospíšil, Ondřej (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the capture and analysis of wireless traffic of Wi-Fi networks. The aim of this work is to describe the possibilities of capturing and analyzing the operation of Wi-Fi networks. It describes the IEEE 802.11 standard, its features such as architecture and current standards. A selection of a suitable router is performed on which traffic capture and analysis is performed. Some open-source firmware for routers is compared and the most suitable one is selected. Tools for capturing and analyzing Wi-Fi network traffic are compared and described. The differences between the promiscuous and monitoring capture mode and their possibilities of use are described. Finally, there are described options for analyzing captured 802.11 frames.
Security assessment of standards of IEEE 802.11 family
Řihánek, Tobiáš ; Pospíšil, Jan (referee) ; Pokorný, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this work was to analyze the issue of security testing of the IEEE 802.11 protocols. The thesis includes a theoretical analysis of these protocols and a list of their vulnerabilities. Software used for testing the security was showcased. A utility was created to help with the testing. Finally, the thesis looks at the use of SDR as a way of testing security.
Recognition of security issues in LPWA type networks
Shestopalov, Artur ; Pospíšil, Jan (referee) ; Pospíšil, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of recognizing security incidents in LPWA (LowPower Wide Area) networks. Thesis contains information about the most used LPWA technologies, examines their security architecture and possible threats. Part of the work is a detailed description of LoRaWAN protocols, including architecture, possible attacks, distinguishing security architecture in the new and old versions. Work contains implementation of two security incident scenarios and their subsequent detection: jamming and gateway disconnection. As part of the detection, was created a web application that is able to detect real-time security incidents based on the average value of RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) and the expected time of message transmission.
