Shape optimization of shield of asynchronous machine
Dítě, Pavel ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dušek, Daniel (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is to optimize the shield of asynchronous motor. In the thesis are given results of modal and the strain-stress analysis made for model of the shield, which is currently produced. To resolve this issue was used CAE programming system Pro/MECHANICA, which is based on method of geometric elements – GEM. The main output of this work is proposal of two new optimized shields of asynchronous motor and for these are presented results of modal analyse and the strain-stress analysis. Part of the thesis is design and technical-economic evaluation of casting methods for new shield production.
Rotor dynamics of asynchronous generator fast fixed with water turbine
Blažek, Petr ; Donát, Martin (referee) ; Dušek, Daniel (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals with rotordynamics analysis of asynchronous generator rigid coupling with water turbine shaft. The purpose of this thesis was to determine influence of connection of generator with water turbine by rigid coupling to reactions in bearings. This problem was solved in two ways. The first option focused on model without influence of inaccuracies whereas there were inaccuracies included in the second option. The problem was solved by computational modeling by software Ansys.
Modelling of vibration of dynamic systems with n-degrees of freedom
Horák, Petr ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dušek, Daniel (advisor)
The aim of this work is to assemble mathematical model for given system of point masses. Compute the natural frequencies and their corresponding modes of vibration. Differentiations of vibration by various points of view are written in this work. The given system is analyzed and the equations of motion using two most common methods are written. Calculation procedure of mentioned physical quantities is written in order from simplified to complete system of point masses. This procedure is used in command file to express values numerical. The frequency response of the system and the displacement-time plots are shown. The impact of constant variability entering the calculation is described.
Spectral properties of basilar membrane in the cochlea of the inner ear
Jozíf, Lukáš ; Dušek, Daniel (referee) ; Mišun, Vojtěch (advisor)
This thesis aims to verify the function of the cochlea as a spectrum analyzer based on computational modeling of macro-mechanics of the cochlea using FEM. I aim to identify the spectrum of the basilar membrane, which is dependent on the variability of geometry, material characteristics and the presence of liquid environments. Interactions between liquid and solid phases is described by fluid-structure interaction in the system ANSYS. The model is linear and does not pursue an active policy of metabolic processes. Further the work focuses on the decomposition of the sound and check of two best known hypotheses about the transmission frequency of the sound to the brain.
Design of the axial dendritic suspension of steam turbine rotor blade
Vrbka, Dušan ; Majer, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dušek, Daniel (advisor)
This master thesis deals with axial dendritic suspension of steam turbine rotor blade. The initial shape of the suspension was design on the basis of available data. There was performed stress-strain analysis of this shape and most dangerous spots were picked. There were made several geometrical changes of the shape of suspension. Their affection on stress-strain responding of the suspension was examined. The best shape was chosen which was used to perform analysis of infinite life according to ASME code and due to loading low cycle fatigue analysis. According to results of low cycle fatigue analysis the maximum loading was established. At the end of this work the further steps were suggested.
Evaluation of buckling risk at beams made of two various materials
Zvěřina, Martin ; Dušek, Daniel (referee) ; Burša, Jiří (advisor)
Aim of this work is evaluation of buckling risk at beams made of two various materials and delimitation limits for critical power buckling beam from two various materials by the help of relations for prismatic beam. Further is here processed analyst determination critical force buckling for free beam from two various materials and also analyst determination critical force buckling for fixed beam from two various materials.
Analysis of mechanical behaviour of synchronous generator
Donát, Martin ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dušek, Daniel (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals with analysis of mechanical behaviour of the synchronous generator and assessment of the possibility of reducing the mass of the frame of the generator. The aims of this work were: to perform the stress-strain analysis and modal analysis of the required model of the synchronous generator, to assessment influence of single part of the frame of the generator over its stiffness and design construction modification of the frame of the generator, which reduce its mass.
Noise control of computers-application of tuned reflective absorber
Plch, Radim ; Dušek, Daniel (referee) ; Pellant, Karel (advisor)
Presented bachelor thesis deals with the causes of noise in PCs and a posibility of noise reducing, using reflective silencers. A debate is conducted on the effectiveness and impact of anti-noise measures used in the inner area of the computer, with a focus on tiling the walls of internal computer chassis. For the purpose of the work was used sound meter.
Comparision of methods for nonlinear dynamic sytems solution
Krejčí, Jaroslav ; Lošák, Petr (referee) ; Dušek, Daniel (advisor)
The aim of this work is to make a solution of nonlinear dynamic system with one degree of freedom using various approximate analytical methods and perform their comparison. The beginning of the work describes the basic characteristics of nonlinear dynamic systems, methods of modelling and a description of the basic analytical methods of solution. In the following part is the solution of the system using described methods and comparing of results. In conclusion the methods are compared with final element method by program ANSYS.
Using of Piezo-material for Energy Harvesting from Vibration
Hanus, Jiří ; Dušek, Daniel (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
Master’s Thesis deals with obtaining electricity from the vibrations of the surrounding environment through piezoelectric vibration generator. To simulation piezoceramics and design mechanical parts of the generator was used simulation program ANSYS 10.0. First, parameters of the designed piezoelectric generator were numerically calculated, and then these values were compared with the real sample. Further work is in the description of material properties of piezo materials.
