Closely intertwined with the themes syndrome tortured, abused and neglected child = CAN (Child Abuse and neglect). The relationship of the work andsaid syndrome unbalanced and it is hard to talk about the superiority or inferiorityof both phenomena. topic work Indeed, apart from this syndrome is not concerned only about the children as victims, but also as actors of violence, whose victims are always children. Another difference is the sole link to home environment. The domestic violence involving children is only part of the CAN.
