The aim of this bachelor is to carry out a financial analysis of F. X. MEILLER Slaný, s. r. o., in the period of the 2010 - 2014 on the basis of publicly available data. The work consists of parts, which describes the methodology and methods of financial analysis, the next part is focused on the description of the company F. X. MEILLER Slaný, s. r. o. The last part is the practical part, which is itself a financial analysis of the company. The resulting values of indicators compare with the industry. In the end, of this work all the previous findings are summarized.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of the company Petrof, spol. s.r.o. The main aim of thesis is to evaluate economic performance and financial health of the company in years 2011-2014. The thesis is devided into two main parts- theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the methods and financial ratios used by financial analysis. In the practical part of the thesis, the analysed company is introduced and financial analysis is carried out by application of the financial ratios described in the theoretical part. In conclusion there are summarized findings and presents final evaluation of the company.

The practical part focuses on presentation of the company Linde Material Handling Česká republika s. r. o. followed by application of the methodical part on the analysed company. The results are then interpreted. The conclusion contains an evaluation of the financial health of the company.

The practical part focuses on presentation of company Penny Market, s.r.o. and then on financial analysis itself. The analysis is based on horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and on calculation of profitability, liquidity, activity, financial stability, indebtedness and solvency indicators. The thesis also includes creditworthy and bankruptcy models. The results of financial analysis are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis.

This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of company Medas, s.r.o. in the period from 2011 to 2015. Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the explanation of the theory of financial analysis. In further detail it is focused on horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of financial ratios and bankruptcy and creditworthy models. In the second, practical part, the company is introduced and the specific values of described indicators are calculated, the analysis is based on data from the annual report of company. Appropriate conclusion is drawn from the results of the analysis and ratios and it is also illustrated in several charts, graphs or verbally described. The conclusion contains summary of the results and the overall review of the company Medas, s.r.o.

In the second part, these methods are applied to Haribo CZ s. r. o. and the financial analysis of the company is compiled for the period 2010 - 2014. The practical part includes basic information about the company and description of the history of this company.

The object of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of the company HARIBO CZ, s. r. o. during the years from 2011 to 2014. The thesis is divided into methodological part and practical part. In the first part, there are described basic theoretical methods of calculation of chosen indicators. These indicators are calculated in the following practical part of this thesis based on the data from the annual reports of the company. The second part consists of horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, analysis of financial ratios, which are financial ratios of profitability, activity, liquidity and solvency. At the end, there are chosen creditworthy and bankruptcy models calculated.

The subject of this thesis is a financial analysis of the company RSNET Ltd. for the period of 2011 to 2015 and a subsequent comparison of its results with selected companies of the telecommunication market. The theoretical part is devoted to the characterization of financial analysis itself, its users, sources of information and methods. The practical part includes the description of the selected company and a subsequent application of theoretical knowledge on its financial statements. The second half of the practical part is focused on the comparison of the results obtained by the company with the other two companies. The aim of the conclusion will be to evaluate the results and acquired findings.
