Cardiotachometer
Čech, Jakub ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Čech, Petr (advisor)
Master’s thesis deals with theme of heartbeats. Monitoring and evaluation of heartbeat is important for diagnostician cardiac dysfunction. First part of thesis is focused on anatomical description of heart and his operation. Another part is description of electrical activity of the heart and methods of capture. There is also mention of the cardiac rhythm and its disorders. One of the principal objective of this thesis is to study methods for sensing heart rate. These methods are analyzed and then selected a particular method for further solutions. The core thesis is to design functional cardiotachometer. Cardiotachometer derives the heart rate signal from phonocardiographical signal, which is acoustic manifestation of heart. Implementation takes place in the Labview, which is graphical programming environment. Suggested the device measures the current and average heart rate and the addition of HRV analysis in time domain.
controlled pacemaker
Csekes, Attila ; Hrozek, Jan (referee) ; Čech, Petr (advisor)
The Thesis deals with the area of cardio stimulation. It describes the different stimulation modes and their specifics. It describes the creation of a virtual cardio stimulator based on R-waves, designed in the LabVIEW application. Part of the thesis is the software realization of the model and the verification of its functionality.
Biological Signal Generator
Kadeřábek, Jan ; Čech, Petr (referee) ; Sekora, Jiří (advisor)
This semestral thesis describes signal EKG, it’s origin, evaluation and device for his generation. After identification with standard course of EKG signal, was such as signal created in program language Matlab. It’s consisting of 10 sinus courses, where each of them has it’s own frequence, start phase and amplitude. Each of this part of EKG signal is beat frequence variant. Rates of it’s durations and sizes were fixed from medicin literature. Such as created program were rewritten to program language C and is basic of main program, which control signal processor. Finally was propoused preparation, which will be generated this signal. Outcome of this thesis is teoretic treatise about signal EKG, created program for generation of this course include part control and machine doing realization of biological courses.
QRS Complex Detection Using Wavelet Transform
Loviška, David ; Čech, Petr (referee) ; Smital, Lukáš (advisor)
The aim of diploma thesis named “QRS detection using wavelet transform” is to simplify and accelerate the work of doctors. This can be achieved by using application for QRS detection, which can use one of four proposed algorithms. Application shows basic informations about inserted electrocardiogram. Part of this program is a graphical window with displayed record and with coloured marks on detected QRS complexes. By another algorythm are marks color-coded due to accurancy percentil of every detected complex. This program is designed for a several hours record from Holter ECG monitoring.
Blood pressure meter
Průdek, Ctirad ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Čech, Petr (advisor)
In my master's tehsis I'm dealin with the methods used for non-invasive blood pressure measurement. For realization of a virtual blood pressure meter in LabVEW I have chosen the oscillometric method. Algorithm determining systolic and diastolic blood pressure is based on the relatively easy detection of maximum amplitude oscillations (corresponds with a mean arterial pressure), when thelimiting valuesof blood pressure are in a specific ratio with a maximum amplitude of oscillation. In LabVIEW was solved loading of signal from the measure card and processing pressure curve into a form suitable for the detection of the peak oscillations. The program calculates the limits of arterial pressure and mean heart rate too. Linking the virtual device with the blood pressure sensor Vernier BPS-BTA then makes up komplex for capturing the blood pressure via oscillatory method.
ECG generator for equipment testing
Čech, Petr ; Rampl, Ivan (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on testing ECG monitors and ECG instruments. There are discussed origin and charakteristics of ECG signal. The ECG signal is presented by standard leads. This is the reason, why the way of making leads is mentioned. One chapter is aimed at generating ECG signal. There are set requierements for the ECG generator. These requierements results from ECG instrument possibilities and from ECG signal character. Next part of this diploma thesis includes hardware design of each part of the system. The system was designed with respect to mobility and 12-leads systems compatibility. Finaly the thesis includes design of the controll software.
Analysis of payment instruments and system in Czech republic
Čech, Petr ; Schlossberger, Otakar (advisor) ; Svoboda, Pavel (referee)
Thesis deals with analysis of payment instruments and systems in Czech republic during online shopping and how czech residents perceive them. In the first part is defined e-commerce and jurisdiction of payment systems. Then e-wallets (Paypal, Skrill and Czech alternative PaySec) are described. After that thesis deals with payment buttons and closely related payment agregators(PayU, Agmo, GoPay). Subsequently aquiring of credit cards is delineated. Last section of theoretical part of thesis deals with new method - payments with mobile phones (Mobito, MasterCard Mobile. In second part of thesis - practical part, there is analysed (with the help of primary survey and other provide surveys) actual situation of relation of czech residents to electronic payment instruments and systems focusing on which method are they using while shopping online and how they perceive security of this systems and instruments.
Option strategies
Čech, Petr ; Witzany, Jiří (advisor) ; Witzany, Jiří (referee)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of option strategies with emphasis on practical aspect of the matter. At the beginning, there is brief introduction to theoretical basis of options, which is required for the advanced topics in this work. The following chapters concentrate mainly on the stock options, but the explained concepts can be used for options with another underlying asset as well. In the second chapter, various option strategies are discussed there. To a number of them, there is stated example from the real market situation. The next part accents the importance of implied volatility on option strategies. The last part briefly summarizes utilization of option strategies in diverse market situations.
Internet electronic payment systems
Čech, Petr ; Schlossberger, Otakar (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the electronic payment systems, sometimes referred to as alternative payment systems. In the first part two best known and most widely used electronic payment systems Paypal and Moneybookers are described and Czech most widely used system Paysec is here given to compare with them. Second part is based on survey about experiences and knowledge of Czech people with shopping and paying on the internet. According to survey the results are analyzed by graphs and schemes and the reasons for this situation are discussed
