Principles of Gasification Technology; Literature Review
Hanika, Jiří ; Jiřičný, Vladimír ; Punčochář, Miroslav ; Veselý, Václav ; Vosecký, Martin
The present review deals with gasification technologies in relation to rape grouts, which is relevant fuel at the project. Fundamentals about several gasification technologies, such as in fixed-bed, fluidized-bed and entrained flow, are discussed. Moreover, an overview of gasification units which are based on the relevant technologies is stated.
Thermodynamics of Biowaste and Refinery Waste Partial Oxidation
Tukač, V. ; Hanika, Jiří ; Veselý, Václav ; Lederer, J. ; Nečesaný, F.
Complex chemical equilibrium of biowaste gasification by partial oxidation in presence of water steam was simulated using AspenPlus software. Both waste from colza oil production and visbreaking waste were investigated from the hydrogen/carbon oxide mixture formation point of view. Parametric sensitivity of product compositon on reaction temperature was discussed in the study.
Petelyza-Chemical PET Recycling
Veselý, Václav
Chemical recycling of PET is carried through alkaline hydrolysis. The produkt is salt of terephtalic acid, which is electrolytically furthet separated into PTA and alkaline glykol solution. Vakuum destilation is applied to get etylenglycol.
Treatment of the Miscellanous Plastic Material
Hanika, Jiří ; Veselý, Václav ; Kukačka, J.
The miscellanyous plastic material is heated to 200°C. After them is grinded to the partical of 1 mm diametr. The part of PVC is degradeted. The materiál is dried.
Pop Formation at Co-combustion of Wastes and Coal
Veselý, Václav ; Punčochář, Miroslav ; Čech, B.
Co-combustion of PVC and coal produced from 8 to 25 ngTEQ/m3. Formation of p-dioxine is eliminated by addition SO2/SO3. The main influence on concentration PCDD is equilibrium SO2 ů SO3 and HCl ů Cl2. Formation of dibenzofuranes is independed on concentration SO2/SO3.
Desulphurisation of Waste Gases by Dry Additive Method
Veselý, Václav ; Čech, B.
The molar ratio Ca/S is the most frequently for comparison of efficiency and effectiveness of desulphurisation. Desulphurisation of waste gases by a dry additive method is based on the known fact that calcium oxide with sulphur dioxide and oxygen reacts to stable calcium sulphate at high temperatures (850 up to 950°C).
