Project automation of manipulation with piston

This diploma thesis deals with solution of project automatization of manipulation with piston. On the basic theoretical knowledge about Bosch Company and terms connected with automatization in industry is tied up with detailed description of actual state of solution, which presents workplace as the thesis issue. After that follows the project of processes containing time simulations and description of variants of the solution, from which is selected the best one. The selected variant is descripted in a special chapter, where is analysed the concept of optimized workplace with its elements of automatization and its parts. Workplace is appraised by technical-economic way, where is included the project calculation of backflow. In last point is made risk analysis used for reduction of risks and increase of the workplace safety.

Industry 4.0 is also currently known as the "fourth industrial revolution" or the "digitization of industrial production." Like other industrial revolutions that have already taken place during human development, the latest brings a large number of changes and new methods or technologies that aim to facilitate and make human work as efficient as possible. The final work explains what the "fourth industrial revolution" is, its basic principles and methods that are already used today. Furthermore, this work examines the extent to which Industry 4.0 is introduced in the Czech Republic, the EU and the world, and how it is regulated through legislative frameworks. An analysis was then created focusing on the risks incurred and proposing a solution.

Bachelor thesis deals with the process of developing awareness of suppliers of steel constructions in the area of quality in a manufacturing company. It describes the current state of the company and its current problems associated with the transfer of information. This is followed by a proposal of a solution, which is then implemented on the company’s employees and suppliers. Everything is evaluated and further steps are proposed for continuous improvement.
Cost analysis of low quality at the selected Manufacturing Company

The objective of this thesis is cost analysis in XYZ CZ s.r.o. with aims of reducing warranty costs and improve product quality. The introduction describes fundamental quality management systems from which I have selected data to be analyzed and propose the most appropriate solution. Then I conducted AS-IS analyze of the company XYZ CZ s.r.o., a description of the current situation in the company and a cost analysis. The data obtained from the cost analysis I processed with the help of quality tools and their evaluation was carried out, which was followed by the design of the solution. In conclusion, I conducted a technical - economic evaluation of the results achieved.
The Company network security design and recovery plan

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the company's network security and data recovery. The theoretical part is devoted to the current legislative requirements of the EU, Czech Republic, and relevant standards. It also provides an overview of cyber threats, statistical data on cyber attacks from the National Cyber and Information Security Authority, and a general procedure for designing a security network architecture and data recovery plan. The work is done in collaboration with the head of the IT department at Ferrit Ltd. The practical part deals with the analysis and description of the current state of the IT security network in Ferrit s.r.o., the design of a data recovery plan in case of ransomware attacks that would encrypt all data in the company, and the development of training for employees in the field of information and cyber security and a test to verify their knowledge. The paper concludes with an assessment of the benefits of designing a new network security architecture, data recovery plan, and user training.

First, a theoretical introduction to the issue is described, including an introduction to analysis methods of failures in the production process. The practical part deals with the description of the company's current state of product release and its analysis. The work ends with suggestions and recommendations regarding the analysis findings and a description of the current state.
