This project deals a new building of a detached house in Havlíčkův Brod. The aim is to develop project documentation for a building construction. The new building is designed for four people for a year-round use. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The building is designed as brick of ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The roof is flat, single. The terrain is slightly sloping.

This thesis deals with the design of the family house for four people in Polička. The building is designed as one construction object and its built-up area is 147,2 square meters. The family house has a basement and two floors. Structual system of the building is formed by walls of bricks. A roof of the building is designed as flat roof with a slope of 2 percent. Is worked up a drawing documentation which is needful for realization of the object. Next components are five structual details, technical report, thermal technical assessment, energetical label, structures of construction, list of components and study.

This thesis focused on the family house design and preparation of its project documentation. The house is standing on a building estate number 548/43 in the cadastral area Křenovice u dubného. In the village Křenovice. The layout of the house has a rectangular shape with the dimensions of 13.05 x 10.05 m. It is a two-storey building with first floor and loft-area. On the first floor there is vestibule, hall,study, living room with kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and utility room. In the attic there is a hallway, bedroom with bathroom, two children’s rooms with their own dressing rooms,chamber, guest room and another bathroom. The house is based on a concrete strip foundation. Vertical supporting structures of the haus are from Sandwich masonry KM Beta and horizontál supporting structures of the house are from the system Porotherm. The roof is gabled house with an inclination of 30 °, roof construction purlin system.

The project as well as the addenda are elaborated according to the contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on the plot number 1824/19 in Šenov u Nového Jičina area. This object is two-floored and it has slab-on-ground.On the first floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a guest room, a bathroom, a laundry room, a storage room and a garage. In the second aboveground floor ther is an office, a bedroom, a bathroom, two children´ s bedrooms and a children's bathroom. The floor plan of the house is broken with the flat roof. The bearing walls are constructed of sand-lime brick. Perimeter walls are provided with a contact system.

The building has a flat roof. All vertical constructions are designed as masonry of the lightweight concrete shaped bricks Liapor. The ceilings are designed of the filigree panels Liapor made of lightweight concrete. The facade of the house will be made in the combination of combed stucco and wooden ventilated facade.
