Royal Crystal trade centre - construction technology project

This master's thesis deals with the construction technology project solution of the Trade centre building. This thesis consists of a comprehensive elaborate project of implementation including the schedule and calculation, two technological regulations of operations, main mechanisms and risks connected with the realization itself. Logistics of resources, construction side and procedures needed for realization are processed as well.

Multifunctional building Olomouc Hněvotínská - Building Technology Project

In my work, I dealt with the development of building technology project for multi-functional building in Olomouc Tabulový Vrch. The goal is to select and develop appropriate design of the building in terms of financial, time and technical requirements based on the technical documentation provided by the designer. Building technology project includes a study of implementation of main technological stages, object, time and financial plan, drawings site equipment, site equipment technical report, technical regulations, inspection and test plan, financial budget for the construction of the technological steps, the schedule, the draft report and not machine prescription number for safety in the implementation of reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton including security risks.

Department store - Building Technology Project

The thesis is focused on building technology solutions for the construction department store. The front of the main entrance, designed for base personnel has two floors; the rest designed for the sale is single-storey. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton hall. Roofing is solved by a flat roof consisting of sales of reinforced concrete beams with a slope of 3 %, with the roofing sheet ALKORPLAN. The two-storey part of the roof is again dealt with a flat roof, consisting of ceiling panels and concrete catchment slope of 2 %, the roofing sheet ALKORPLAN. External walls are designed sandwich panels KINGSPAN. Walls and ceilings are dealt with plasterboard. The floors are made of linoleum and ceramic tiles. The building is equipped with aluminum windows, interior doors are made of wood. Outdoor and entrance doors are made from aluminum. This thesis addresses the implementation of technology, organization of construction, time demands, costs to implement the object, control over the implementation – KZP, coordination situation, and instructions for use of the building after its handover to the owner.

Presented work the master's thesis is solving a build-up technology of a ional building construction . It is a study of main technological phases, focused on foundation building and masonry. The building technological project contains the technology statement and the technological phases primary model, technology procedure, time schedule and financial heftiness, machines formation, check and test plan, occupational safety and as specialism the mechanical drawing details of structure.

GYM Třebíč-SELECTED PARTS OF THE CTP

The tesis is focused on building a new elementary school gym Třebíč, Horka-Domky, Václavské nám. 44/12. In addition to the new building itself is considered a gym and the construction of the connecting neck between the existing elementary school building andnew construction including reconstruction of the gym space newly connected corridor. Solves problems of selected parts of the building and technological project, which are: technical report, coordination situation, the financial plan of the building, site equipment oftechnological stages, a stage of construction schedule and itemized, use machines, technological regulations mounted skeleton and sports flooring, inspection and test plan, budget construction and plan for safety and health at work.

Family House for two genrations

The subject of this thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation for double generation family house on the land parcel No. 1066/8. The building is designed in accordance with the master plan of the city Pustá Polom. It is situated so as not to disrupt local development. Its shape and appearance is created so that it engages local development. Further emphasis on ensuring the construction of the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in use of the building. The building has two floors and it has no cellar. It is covered with a flat roof. Layout of the 1st floor consists of one housing unit for two people, in the 2nd floor there is situated a housing unit for four people. Perimeter walls are made of brick blocks POROTHERM 42.5 T. The ceilings are made of joists POT and ceiling lining Miako.

Vliv silniční dopravy na životní prostředí

Práce pojednává o vztazích mezi silniční dopravou, jako jedním z nejdůležitějších dopravních oborů, a životním prostředím, přičemž se orientuje zejména na současný stav v ČR. Hlavním cílem bylo nejen popsat tyto vztahy, ale podrobněji rozvést jejich jednotlivé součásti (zejm. projevy negativních externalit) a věnovat také pozornost možnostem kvantifikace externích nákladů z dopravy plynoucích. V neposlední řadě měla za úkol popsat metody kvantifikace těchto externalit a způsoby, jakými je lze internalizovat.
