The bachelor thesis is focused on the design and working out of a project documentation of a family house. The projected house is situated on the periphery of the town Chrudim. It’s designed for four-to five-member family. It’s a detached house without a basement and with two floors. The terrace and the garage for one car are the parts of the house. The building has a flat roof. All vertical constructions are designed as masonry of the lightweight concrete shaped bricks Liapor. The ceilings are designed of the filigree panels Liapor made of lightweight concrete. The facade of the house will be made in the combination of combed stucco and wooden ventilated facade.

Vertical constructions are made of Ytong-wall-system, horizontal constructions are made of ferroconcrete. Over the 2nd floor there is a roof frame carrying a saddle roof.
