Title: Effect of bilateral transfer on shooting with the dominant hand in basketball Work Title: Increasing the efficiency of successful shooting from the spot with dominant hand by 14 and 15 years old female basketball players Purpose: The purpose of this work is to show whether it is possible to improve successfulness in shooting from the spot with dominant hand during specialized training focused only on non-dominant hand. First part contains theoretical knowledge related to the asymmetry of hemisphere in human brain, its possible influence on motor skills with upper extremities and technique in determining of laterality. Executed basic shooting exercises for non-dominant hand according to recommended orders found in accessible sources are described in the second part. All exercises were consulted with experts in the field. In this part the executed shooting tests are evaluated and the final conclusion is drawn. Methods: The test was executed on female basketball players aged 14 and 15 years. For the test of laterality standard methods (Test Tapping and Edinburgh Inventory for handedness) were used. Intermission of the game on the grounds of breaking the rules in young-junior boys categories

Title: Intermission of the game on the grounds of breaking the rules in young-junior boys categories. Objectives: This diploma thesis aims to find out intervals of the game and intervals of the intermission of the game in young-junior basketball and youth boys basketball matches, and to compare the detected data. The other aim is to discover the reasons leading to the intermission of the game of each catogory during these matches. Methods: As a research method, the method of observation of the video recordings of youth basketball and young-junior basketball matches from the website tvcom.cz was chosen. Using the basic statistic and arithmetic methods, the measured data were processed statistically and, consequently, graphically also. Results: It was discovered that children playing the young-junior basketball have the shortest average interval of the continuous game in all studied categories and that this interval is shorter than the interval of the average duration of the intermission of the game during young-junior basketball matches. The most frequent reason for the intermission of the game in all categories is a personal foul of the player and a ball, or a player with a ball out of bonds. Title: Defensive combination dealing with ball screening on an attacking ball-handler in a training process of the Czech Female Basketball League teams. Results: The main goal of the thesis is to find out how important is the defensive combination which deals with screening on an attacking ball-handler by her teammate who is off-ball and how much time is spent dealing with this combination according to the coaches of the teams of the Czech Female Basketball League. Methods: The data for the thesis were collected using the unstandardized questionnaire. The methods of evaluation and analysis were applied to examine the results of each question in the questionnaire. Results: I found out that the majority of the Czech Female Basketball League teams spend more time practicing the defensive variation of screening that the offensive one. I also found out that the Czech Female Basketball League teams practice all the possible variations of the defensive combination dealing with ball screening on an attacking ball-handler. The Effectiveness of Conditioning Program in the Pre-season Time in Players of the KLH Chomutov Ice Hockey Team.

Title: The effectiveness of conditioning program in the pre-season time in players of the KLH Chomutov ice hockey team. Objectives: The main aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of conditioning program before the season, using the Wingate Test. Another objective was to determine the load capacity in terms of the on-ice and off-ice training program. We also tried to compare the test results of younger and older players. Methods: During the actual implementation of the thesis, we used selected diagnostic instruments that characterize the level of velocity - power assumptions of ice hockey players in the men's cathegory. For testing we used the Wingate Test. The tests were applied before and at the end of the pre-season time. During the reporting period, we evaluated changes in the level of individual indicators of the Wingate Test. Results: The results show that the off-ice and on-ice conditioning programs do not have the same volume and content of the load. Increased volume and content of the load was observed in the on-ice conditioning program. The content of off-ice conditioning program in the pre-season time in ice hockey is a non-specific activity focused mainly on development of speed-strength abilities. The Specific Muscle Syndroms in Reprezentantive Basketball Team in Czech Republic

Název práce: Specifické svalové syndromy u vytipovaného basketbalového družstva v České republice Cíle práce: Cílem práce je zpracování a sestavení informací o svalových nerovnováhách. Z těchto informací je sestavena praktická část, která se týká realizace vyšetření o svalových dysbalancích a následně jejich odstranění aplikací vhodných protahovacích a posilovacích cvičení. Metoda: Testování míry svalových dysbalancí bylo uskutečněno u hráčů mladšího dorostu AO Žatec. Pro tento test byla použita diagnostická metoda podle Jansy (1966). Výsledky: Výsledky šetření prokázaly, že při pravidelné a uvědomělé aplikaci cvičení lze svalové dysbalance, získané jednostranným fyzickým zatížením, zcela odstranit. Title: Comparison of selected performance indicators basketball players from NBA in matches at the European Championship in 2011 and World Cup 2014 Goals: Analyze individual efforts NBA players for two international events with national team, in broader context to evaluate and quantify their efficiency with the two special coefficients. Compare their performance on each tournament with using selected statistics, than compare them with the elite players in many categories at the championships, but also in their teams. I think very useful is final comparison their results on tournaments with their career averages from national team and NBA regular season, to see if the performances for national team achieve their performances in the best club competition in the world. In teoretical part I'll also focus to the socio-economic aspects affecting composition of national basketball teams, which significantly affect the overall composition and therofore their success , which is prestented by overall team placement. Title: Feedback Analysis in Didactic Interaction of Top Basketball Teams Goals of the thesis: Find out the tendency in providing of feedback in practise of top basketball teams. Method: The research is provided by direct unparticipation observation. Testing procedure is proceeded by using categorial system in practises. Measured exemplar are six practises of random selected teams in men's first division in year 2009/10. Results: The results shows which kinds of feedback and social interactional forms are used in practise the most frequent and if the qualities of the feedback are correct with regard to theories of different authors. Title: Factors influencing performance of the basketball referee Objectives: To map the biggest factors which are influencing performance of the basketball referee who controls the republic matches. Via questionnaire we try to find out which factors the most influencing performance of the basketball referee. Methods: We used exploration method technique through an un-standard questionnaire with finished and open questions. Results: The most important factors which are influencing basketball referee are: the importance of the match, score of the game, spectators, experiences, knowledge of the rules, fitness, coaches, actual and psychological situation. Out of these factors the performance of the referee the most influencing is experiences and at least is spectators. These factors significantly influencing performance of the referee.
