School of Art Brno

Based on the study, developed in the course of the AG32 second year, is compiled following thesis that the study further expands into the stage of documentation for building permits and documentation for the execution of the project. The central theme is Art School in Brno, the construction site was entered on Kraví Hora in Brno Veveří. In the vicinity of the area is a park on Kraví Hora, Observatory and Planetarium in Brno, swimming pool Kraví Hora, allotments adjacent to the north and east sides of buildings and tennis, baseball and tennis halls at the southern boundary. The land is sloping, which had the effect of rendering the building. The idea was to create a building for the wider public offering leisure activities in the arts. The concept became a sector of a circle with the same center, surrounding amphitheater with a stage and incorporated into the existing terrain. The result was a two-storey building with a spacious terrace. The facade is patterned wooden slats supported by a contrasting dark gray facade in combination with glass surfaces. The public space around the school has landscaping. The school then becomes part of a large park open to the public amphitheater seating. The building has cultural and educational function, associated with the commercial function, which represents a cafe and leasable hall. The overall look with an organic, but also rational impression.
Apartment building

The main objective of the Bachelor´s thesis is project documentation of the execution of an apartment building situated in Nové Dvory. The apartment building is designed as detached, with three above-ground floors and part basement. On each floor are two residential units. One of the first-floor apartments is managed as barrier-free. The vertical load-bearing structures in above-ground floors are designed from ceramic blocks Porotherm. In the basement are designed concrete blocks from lost formwork BEST. The ceiling constructions are resolved as ceramic brick inserts and concrete beams Porotherm. Stairs are made out of reinforced concrete. The object is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and is covered with a single-skin flat roof. The building will be insulated with contact thermal insulation system ETICS.
Resort "RELAX"

This thesis describes the design of the recreation grounds, which consists of a main building of a restaurant and six holiday cottages. The plot is also a tennis court. The restaurant is a two-storey building without a basement. All the cottages are single storey and cellar. Restaurants device is designed for a maximum capacity of 70 people. Total capacity of the entire complex is 30 beds. The restaurant is focused on the northern part of the land and buildings of six holiday cottages on the south side. Restaurant is designed as a brick structure with a contact insulating system. Partitions are designed as plasterboard. The ceiling is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Part of the roof is designed as a pitch roof truss recognized. The largest area of flat roof occupies roof vegetation. Part of the restaurant is walk-terrace. The cottages are designed masonry with contact insulating system. Partitions are designed as plasterboard. Roofs are designed as counter recognized truss. The thesis contains drawings and technical documentation and it is composed as an implementation project.
Family house with an establishment

Bachelor´s thesis deals with a project of a family house and geodetic office within development area of family houses in Prievaly cadastral area. Structure is designed as three-storey house with a semibasement, composed by the basement floor and two storeys above the ground. Structure is suited in a midly sloping terrain. Main entrance is positioned in the front part which is oriented towards north. Entrance to the office is positioned from western side. Family house is designed for 4-6 member family, garage is intended for one car only. In the basement part is geodetic office for 3-4 employes. In the 1st floor is the social part of the house and in the 2nd floor is a quiet part of the house. Structure is based on footing from plain concrete. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of Porotherm clay brick while the floor structures are made of reinforced concrete. Saddle roof of the building with a slope of 32°.
Nemčička Winery Center - Industrial buildings

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is a design of new-build winemaking center in Němčičky situated on the cadastral territory Němčičky u Hustopečí. The goal of this work is to create an architectural and urban conception, which will be an attraction for both local and distant winemakers. Due to the surrounding landscape the building is designed as inconspicuous and the purpose is to rather blend in with the landscape than to subdue it. For this reason the object SO 01 (the winemaking center) has a façade made of mirror panels Ruukki in which the surrounding vineyards should reflect. The opposite is the object SO 02 (the lookout tower) which creates landscape dominance.
Two-generation family house

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a project documentation for the construction of a two-generation house divided in two separate apartments. House has three aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the ground floor there is barrier-free apartment. Second apartment is in the second and third floor. In the second floor there is a bedroom with his own wardrobe room, bathroom, WC, and generous living room with a big window oriented to the garden. In the third floor there is a kid’s room and entrance on a terrace. Parking place is in the passage. Roofs are designated as impassable flat roof with a classic layer order with a final layer is from asphalt sheets. The building is built from Porotherm 44 laid on foam, the ceilings structure is from precast prestressed concrete panels SPIROLL, staircases are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Foundation are from concrete strips footing. The facade of the building I partly overgrown by climbing plant Parthenocissus tricuspidata.
Multifunctional House Jihlava, Handlovy Dvory

The subject of this diploma thesis is the project documentation of the new multifunctional building on the plot in Jihlava, Handlovy Dvory. The building is planted in the shape of a substantially elongated rhomboid and is staggered into almost half-symmetrical halves. The height of these two parts is mutually displaced by one half of the floor so that the object better copes with the significant slope of the plot. The building has five above-ground floors. On the first floor there is a beerhouse with its facilities. The beerhouse goes on to the terrace. On the second to fifth floors are individual flats. The flats are designed primarily as 1 + kitchen and 2 + kitchen. On the second floor there are also apartments. Parking is done by a perpendicular stall around the adjacent road and the car park next to the building. The work contains drawing documentation for construction, thermal engineering assessment, fire safety solution, acoustic assessment and lighting assessment
The family house in Borač

The topic of this thesis is to design the new building of the house in Borač. The aim is to develop project documentation for building construction. The work includes studies , drawings and text. The new building is intended for permanent housing of four to five - member family. It is a detached house with a plan dimensions of 10,5 x 13m . The building has 2 floors, grand, floor and attic . The building is brick of ceramic blocks and has gabled roof. roof structure consists wooden truss with collar system. The building is located on built-up land on slightly sloping terrain.
Skeleton detached house

The matter of the bachelor´s thesis is the new building of double-storey detached house in a local part of Kudlov the city of Zlin. The object is formed by reinforced concrete, prefabricated elements forming the skeleton structure. The supporting structure consists of continuous columns, beams, braces and all atypical sections. Ceiling, roof and foundation slab is designed from prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll. Building´s stair is from reinforced concrete, prefabricated. As the filler of peripheral walls and for realization of partition walls as well is used sand-lime bricks. The roof is flat, vegetation. The building has the shape of a cube and includes a built-in garage. The house is designed for housing a family of four. The main entrance and the entrance to garage is at the level of the first floor from the street Modra. The main living rooms are oriented to the southern side.
Apartment building

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is design of apartment building in Moravská Chrastová. The land intendet for construction is located on slope in the eastern part of village. The building is designet as a free-standing, with one basement floor and four above-ground floors, while last above-floor is designet as a recessive. The building has 11 housing units, situated in above-ground floors. The basement of building is used as technical and storage premises - there are a technical room, cellars, warehouse, bicycle room, pram room, drying room, cleaning room and common room. All housing units hava access to balcony or terrace. The building is connected by a three-arm staircase adn a barrier-free elevator. The apartment building is covered by flat roof devidet into two parts: a walkable, whitch is used as a terrace for apartments in 4th floor and non-walkable part. The vertical construction systém is made of brick masonry and in the basement floor, whitch is adjectid to the ground is made of reinforced concrete wall. The horizontal construction system consists of filigree panels, whitch are solidified.
