Subject of my diploma thesis is design of new kindergarten for approximately 75 children in village Velký Týnec near Olomouc. Design is made in level of detailed design. The purpose od desing is hand in hand with the concept of preschool education - it is based on the fact that a younger age child has acquired the basics of key competences and thus has the prerequisites for his / her lifelong learning that would allow his / her easier and more reliable application in society. The architectural concept is based on a mutual dialogue between investor (supervisor) and designer (student) and takes into account the territorial, property, historical and other relationships in the given locality. Proposed building is an arched, non-duplex, two-storey building. The facades of the building are designed as ventilated, with wooden tiles, the roof is single-faced with a sloping attic. Entrance to object is from north side. First floor is divided into three parts - central part with entrance atrium and two side wings with nursery schools. Second floor consists of the third department of kindergarten, headmaster office and the quarantine room. The static desigh of object is made up of ceramic blocks on the first floor, and on second floor, the system is combined with cross-sections which are led by columns. The ceilings are designed from pre-stressed spiroll panels. Park landscaping was designed on the surrounding site.

The project deals with a apartment building with atelier in Krumvíř. The building has a basement and has 3 floors. In the basement are warehouses, boiler room and garages, in the 1st floor is a atelier with support facilities and apartment for handicapped . The other floors are apartments. The house is on a gentle slope.

Diploma thesis „Sport centre“ is made as a project documentation. The designed building structure is detached on a plane terrain in Lipník nad Bečvou. It has two floors and a basement. This building construction is based on the footings. The load-bearing walls are bricked up by Porotherm blocks. The ceilings are made up of panels Spiroll and PZD. The roof construction is designed as a single-flat. In building is squash, dance hall, gym, spinning, massages, snack bar and bowling with two lanes. Car park is next to the building.

In the bachelor´s thesis is solved lately erected building freestanding house. The building will be located in the village Drnovice, parc. no 1750/3, Blansko district. The house has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outlone of the house are 15,14x17,15. Ridge height is 7,475m. The basis contruction are of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 100/100/6. The building is performed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof rack of the house is made of metal roofing.

This is a new building of family house in a partly built-up area. The building plot is situated on nearly flat terrain. The building is located in the town Nové Město na Moravě, in the district Žďár nad Sázavou, in the region Vysočina. The building has got two floors and it is partly with cellar. There are the central hall with cloakroom, guest-room, kitchen and living room, bathroom, separate toilet and garage for one car on the ground floor. Two rooms for children, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and terrace above the garage are established on the second floor. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete. The underground part of the building is made of concrete bricks STANDARD. Overground part of the building is build of building system POROTHERM with contact insubtion system form of BAUMIT company. The roof is gabled with a slope of 24°. The tile roofing tiling is made of concrete roof tiles BRAMAC MAX. This bachelor thesis includes the seminary essay on the topic The assesment of the thermal insulation of sloping roofs.

The thesis deals with project documentation of a newly constructed multifunctional building in municipality Oslavany. The multifunctional building is independently standing and it is located on the flat terrain on the right bank of Oslava river. The building is of e cuboid shape with flat roof and one recessed floor. It is two-storey building without basement. On the 1st floor there is a rehabilitation center, cafeteria and facilities for flats that are placed on the 2nd floor. The part of the 1st floor is also the manager’s apartment and technology space. On the 2nd floor there are situated 7 apartments with shared outside terrace. Structural system is masonry with bidirectional support system. For construction will be used brick technology. Building has the flat roof. The staircase is straight, two flights of stairs with landing, monolithic. Foundation constructions are designed as areal, strip footings are rectangular made from plain concrete, monolithic.
Cattle Farm in Helvikovice

Cattle farm Helvíkovice is a family farm, located 2km west from the village Helvíkovice, close to main road connecting cities Hradec Králové, Žamberk, Šumperk and Ostrava. The farm is focused on beef cattle raising. Cattle are grazing on surrounding pastures most of the year and stabled during winter. The farm consists of several objects – the main building (original farmer’s house), barn and stables. The aim of bachelor thesis is a reconstruction of portion of the main building used so far as agricultural machinery storage. Bachelor thesis considers planned change of the building to guest-house and premises for meat carving and storage. The design separates function of guest-house from function of farm operation – a new recreational building is placed between the reconstructed main building and the barn, dividing the farmyard to public and private part. The reconstructed main building was built of solid fired bricks and stone. Thickness of the external walls is 850mm at the ground floor and 450mm at the second floor. External walls will be retained. Floors, ceiling above the first floor and timber roof truss will be replaced, whereas the shape and volume of the building will be preserved. Dormers will be set on the roof. The whole building is designed in traditional style with modern elements corresponding with the surroundings, tradition and function.

This bachelor thesis deals with the plan for a new building of a detached house. The design is two-storey house with residential attic and partial basement. It is to be situated in the district of Letohrad, in the town district Kunčice. The construction is based on the strip footings of plain concrete. The vertical and horizontal supporting structures are made from Porotherm. The wall material is ceramic bricks, the ceilings are folded from beams and brick inserts Miako. The stairs are monolithic, made from reinforced concrete. The roof is gabled and it is made of wooden rafters, with a covering of ceramic tiles Tondach.
