In this work is designed programme unit for acquisition analog acoustic signlas from sensors. There is used accurate A/D converter ADS1287 by the company Texas Iinstrument with resolution of 24 bits to digitizing these signals. There is used 32-bit microprocessor AT91SAM7S64 by the company Atmel to control this A/D converter and sending digitized data to PC. This microprocessor has implemented USB interface. By force of developmental programme units whit microprocessor and A/D converter is produced programme for microprocessor in developmental setting IAR Embedded Workbench IDE 5.0 and simple aplication for PC in setting Borland C++ Builder. Both of those programs are in language C++. Rate of sampling is 26 kHz. On the basis is realized programme unit USB-ADC whit microprocessor and A/D converter.

Kuchař, Michal ; Janda, Lukáš (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis concern project of apartment building in Milotice nad Bečvou. It is an individually standing object on a flat terrain. The object of the apartment building has three over-ground and one underground floor. The object consists of six dwelling units and one gym. On the first over-ground floor there are two flats, on the second over-ground floor there are two flats and on the third over-ground floor there are also two flats. On the underground floor there are one gym. The building is designed of structural system of ceramic blocks and partly permanent formwork. The ceilings are from prefabricated ceramics system and partly reinforced concrete and the roof is designed as a mono-pitched with roof truss. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
Solar Radiation Measurements
Chvátal, Michal ; Pikula, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The Bachelor‘s thesis discusses design and verification of an inexpensive method for indicative measurement of direct and diffused solar radiation. The reason for the measurement of solar radiation is the estimate the heat gain of buildings. In this paper the difference between thermoelectric generator and cooler is described. There is also described how to choose a suitable module for solar radiation measurement. The design of the measuring circuit and the construction of sensor are also described. Eventually the measured values are compared with the values from the commercial pyranometer SG420.
Datalogger
Štupák, Branislav ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the datalogger development for monitoring roof constructions ambients of historical buildings. The device is made of microcontroller ATmega328P and is using simple principles of environment monitoring. The device saves measured data to SD card from air temperature, air humidity, light intensity, wood moisture and air flow sensors. In conclusion of the thesis are then succesfully tested and summarized the properties of designed datalogger’s sensors.
Measuring the Sun's position
Bajer, Patrik ; Čala, Martin (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a sensor for measuring the position of the Sun. In the first part, a theoretical analysis is made concerning methods of indicating the position of the Sun, patent searches and commercially available devices. The second part includes the preparation, the computer simulations performed, the actual design of the sensor and the evaluation of the results obtained.
The flat building in Znojmo
Krátká, Kristýna ; Fixelová, Veronika (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis aims to elaborate on the project documentation of the residential building in Znojmo, which is located close to the city center. It is a three-storey building with a partial basement. There are 10 apartments and 1 studio in total located in the residential building. There are 4 shops designed on the ground floor. The structural system of the building is designed as a masonry Porotherm system. Fasade is insulated with an external thermal insulation system (ETICS). The floor structure consists of a prestressed concrete floor slabs Spiroll. The roofing of the building is solved by a warm flat roof.
Angular velocity sensor with Sagnac interferometer
Skalský, Michal ; Beneš, Petr (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with theoretical description of fiber-optic angular velocity sensors, or gyroscopes, and further with design and construction of own sensor of this type. The theoretical part describes problematics of interferometric and resonant fiber-optic gyroscopes. Basic principles and physical limits are described for both types. The main focus is then put on analysis of possible conceptions of these sensors. Solutions using different optical configurations as well as various modulation and signal processing schemes are discussed. The practical part deals with design and construction of own interferometric fiber-optic gyroscope in closed-loop configuration. The gyroscope utilizes all-fiber components including piezoelectric phase modulator and unexpensive single-mode fiber, which are commonly used only for open-loop configurations. To realize closed-loop operation, special modulation scheme based on fully harmonic signal was develeped, which yields linear output within wide dynamic range. This type of modulation requires high level of synchronization achieved by using a field-programmable gate array module. The gyroscope utilizes powerful broadband fiber source, polarizer and Lyot depolarizer which ensure good reciprocity of whole architecture. The parameters of the sensor, obtained by measurement, are even comparable to some sensors using PM fiber, which is much more expensive.
Accurate AC Current Measurements
Nováková Zachovalová, Věra ; Vrabček,, Peter (referee) ; Draxler,, Karel (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
In recent years precision measurement of alternating currents goes through large progress especially because of improvements in metrology of electric power, which is related to reduction of electricity consumption. Therefore, more precise measurement of electric energy, power and power quality is required. Measurement range is extending and number of measured frequency points is growing up to 100 kHz. Development of current to voltage transducer with normalized output voltage (0,5 V - 1 V) is in progress because of their easy integration in different measuring systems.. From big area of alternating current metrology this dissertation focuses on development of improved cage shunts for measurement of alternating currents in range 10 mA - 100 A, 10 Hz - 100 kHz. Main objective of this dissertation is to develop theoretical model of existing cage shunts, which will assist design of new improved cage shunts construction. In this dissertation the analytical model of CMI’s cage shunts was established, based on calculating of trans-impedance from cascade matrix of passive two-port which is representing the shunt. Trans-impedance can be used for AC-DC difference and phase error calculation, which are two basic parameters of shunts. Uncertainty analysis of the model was done by means of Monte Carlo method. Next, this dissertation also concentrates on suitable measurement methods of phase error, AC-DC difference, and power a temperature coefficient of resistance. These measurements method were used for calibration of existing CMI’s cage shunts and so the model’s verification was made. Finally, theoretical optimization of existing CMI’s cage shunts constructions and theoretical designs of 20A, 50A and 100A shunts were done using sensitivity analysis results.
The block of flats
Müller, Otto ; Sedlák, Radek (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
ABSTRACT The subject of the Bachelor´s thesis is processing of project documentation for implementation of a new apartment building in Ostrava, which is set in the locality of housing estate built in the previous regime. The apartment building has four floors, basement and longitudinal support system. Object is placed perpendicular to the slope. In the apartment house are eight flats, on already mentioned for floors and in the basement are technical rooms and cellars for every flat. Shape and appearance of object are solved in a simple way to fit into locality of apartment buildings. Construction will be implemented from sharped brick blocks in combination with ceramic-concrete ceilings on concrete foundations. The new building will be insulated by thermal insulation system ETICS from mineral wool. Facade color will be in shades of grey. Roof will be flat and single skin.
