Knowledge of selected students of the Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University in Prague about pre-medical first aid

The work deals with the quality of student's knowledge of the second year master's degree Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University in Prague. These students as future teachers not only have to be experts in their field of study, but also shall be able to provide first aid if necessary. The theoretical part focuses on the integrated rescue system, the legislative definition of first aid, CPR adult and child, coma, shock, hemorrhage and resuscitation using an automatic defibrillator and allergic conditions. The aim of the practical part determine the level of student's knowledge of the second year master's degree Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University in Prague in first aid during an epileptic seizure, adult CPR, bleeding and knowledge of symptoms of hypoglycemia, meaning the recovery position and telephone numbers of the integrated rescue system. Quantitative research tool is a questionnaire survey. Finally, in the practical part there are suggestions that help to improve the quality of teachers and trainers in first aid. These ideas are incorporated in a didactic exit of the practical part, which is folded into a theme for the block education of first aid training of future teachers. Premedical Skills Level of Selected Primary School Pupils

The main emphasis of this thesis is to determine premedical skills level of selected primary school pupils. It compares 8th and 9th graders knowledge gained during the curricular subjects for primary schools and post-project ones. The project itself is focused on human health and first aid in emergency situations and it combines all didactic techniques including practical training at local medical high school. The thesis consists of two main parts, where theoretical part briefly introduces the history of first aid within the Red Cross, gives an insight into first aid legislation and shows fundamental first aid techniques. The practical part contains of the questionnaire survey which has been used as a background for creating and testing the educational project. KEYWORDS: health, life rescue, literacy, injured person
Groundwater chemism in the military area Brdy

This bachelor thesis deals with the chemical composition of groundwater in the military training area Brdy. It is focused on comparing the chemical composition of the groundwater at various locations military area. The aim of the study is to compare the chemical composition of various localities military area and evaluate the potential impact of military activities on the composition and quality of groundwater. Based on the results make an evaluation whether, in this direction will benefit from the abolition or reduction of the training area.
The importance of castle park Hluboká for tourism

The goal of this bachelor work is to assess the attractiveness of The Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle Park. Very important is the information about visitors and their motivation to visit the park. Therefore an evaluation of the structure of the Castle Park visitors focused on the motivation to visit, knowledge of the history or activities during visitor´s vacation was done. The result of this bachelor work is not only the identification of weaknesses of the park, but also the proposal of possible improvements, leading to increase the satisfaction of visitors and overall park attractivity as well.
Psychorheology of cosmetics

Texture belongs to the most important manufacture qualities of dispersive cosmetics. The psychorheology was used for the determination of relationships between results of instrumental and sensory measurement. Eye creams, sun and body lotions, lipsticks and tooth pastes were investigated. By all this cosmetics products the psychorheology was applied as a suitable complex methods. On grounds of rheological measurements can be therefore the sensory texture and acceptability of dispersive cosmetic predicted.
