This name is used for photobank which sells photographs with non-exclusive rights in other words with royalty free license. Features specific for successful business plan are included in theoretical part. Analytical part provides view on environment in which will the new company operate. The main proposal of business plan is based on theoretical knowledge of this environment and on market analysis.

It is trying to suggest a project which would lead to better profitability, expanditure and stabilizing of current market share and also strengthen the company name. The thesis is based on preconditions of the company which is experienced in its branch and for a long time has been defending its position on the market. The aim of my thesis therefore is, on the base of an analysis, to propose such a project, where previous results and expreiences are going to be used, to make competitiveness and further progress of the company better.

Compact City - or what new is able to yet be done in Brno among railway stations

The diploma thesis reacts on the upcoming urban plan for Brno-Jižní centrum. It creates a piece of a real city with some traditional urban spaces and vertically mixed functions. The theory of the creation of the new town quarter is strongly influenced by the reconstruction of Brno railway junction and by the requirement of the incorporation of the city high speed rail connected with Brno region. In the transport concept a new railway tracing is designed enabling to bring all regional trains to the present junction point – Brno main station. This solution will improve a public transport in the city. Moving the route from the Boulevard will make possible an unlimited connection between historical centre and new Jižní centrum. In the design the emphasis is put on a maximal habitability of the area together with application of semi-public residential courts known as “hofjes.” The new public spaces are based on composition principles, optical connection to the historical heart of the city and on linking of urban structures that provide a smart pedestrian connection between the future main railway station and the historical city centre.

The analysis of receivables management at PRIMA, joint-stock company

The topic of the diploma thesis is the analysis of receivables management at the building company PRIMA, joint-stock company in the period from 2010 to 2014. The theoretical part characterizes the receivables from the legal, accounting and tax points of view. Then it is engaged in their life cycle and the problematic connected with the management, provision and receivables recovery per curiam or in an out-of-court way. In the practical part there is the analysis of the current plutonomic situation. It is followed by the introduction of the company and the evaluation of their current financial situation via the done financial analysis. The following part deals with the analysis of the receivables management which involves the structure, term of expiration and the ways of receivables recovery at the analysed company. The main data sources include the financial evidences, annual reports, special publications, articles, internal materials and the consultations with the management of the company. The output of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of the current status of the receivables management, eventual finding the deficiencies and the proposal of the concrete recommendations for their elimination for the purpose of the current adjusted system tuning.
