The aim of the thesis is to find out the solution of a townhouse building at the riverbank of Bečva in Přerov. On the most beautiful plot, which the tugboats will be once hopefully passing around, is a place for dwelling, culture and meeting as it is supposed to be with a true townhouse.

John Ruskin: “Books for people mean the same thing as wings for birds”. From the project inception , the idea was to create pleasant and synoptic inner space for users of the library which would attract them to come in and enjoy the atmosphere. Compact form of the building is the reaction to the surrounding disparate urban structure. The proposed building doesnt only serve to its own purpose, but also defines a new outdoor space where residents can meet , interact or just relax on the journey to the center.

The situation of the site overlooking the river and in direct connection with the old town is ideal for a retirement house. Regarding the needs of the public life in Prerov the main func-tion of the building is a combination of senior housing and small flats for young families. The horizontal composition of the front should be accented by a dominant volume. The tower containing the small flats provides this solution. Part of the concept is a small square with three trees and a terrace belonging to the safe in the ground floor.

The Municipal Baths

What does a "spa" mean in the city of today? City full of movement and noise, the world controlled by an active life, employers and companys? It is not like lazy English seaside resorts, it´s not Austrian headwaters, not pleasing glossy aqua at all. "Urban Spa" is daily part of life of every active person. It´s offering regeneration of body and soul, habituating people to doing regular exercises and live a healthy life, creating intimate atmosphere for informal business meetings and for natural development of personal relationships.

NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner

The building is designed as a multi-functional building. Plot is located on the corner of Old and Bratislavska street. The shape of the building creates a public space on the street in Bratislavska and private space for residents in the building. The building consists of three materials that are logically connected. The building has five floors above ground and one underground. In the basement is parking. The function is located in the first part and the second floor. Housing is 3 to 4 floor, partly on the 2nd floor.

The object of metropolitan significance on the street Benesova Brno

The primary aim of my work was to complete the ring road in Brno on the building site by the Main Station near Hotel Grand. For the project was used the competition proposal of RAW – relocate the current bus station, propose a city park in the central part of the building site and propose under this site underground parking. In the north of the site was proposed a polyfunctional building which reacts to the current city objects and also to the new park. It is constituted from two objects with a calm courtyard. The functions in these objects were proposed with the context of the Main station and underground parking and the objects are constituted mainly from rentable areas for temporary accommodation, administration, catering and relaxing and they are intended for visitors and tenants of the complex and for the public. The color proposal of facades refers to the emblem and logo of the city – red and white.

School, the Foundation of Life – a Complex of Educational Buildings in Ostrava, Cerna louka

The topic of my diploma thesis is a design of a new complex of schools in Ostrava. The place of this project is located close to a historical centre next an exhibition grounds Černá louka. The main idea is a design of single houses which are created to a closed block with an inner area with large garten. The children from secondary school will during their environment lessons plant various plants and students from the high school will get to know in their biology lessons these plants. The complex is divided by functions to five different houses: kindergarten, primary school with secondary shool, grammer school, kitchen with school canteen and sport complex.

Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

The studied area is located in the city of Brno Komin . This part is a rather small town with a clearly noticeable remains of the original village buildings.When designing a residential complex consisting of a three-storey residential building and two-storey atrium family houses and free-standing houses were used the natural relief of the land. The installation also respects smaller scale surroundings . Transportation is solved by one-way communication. Also, there is used the slope of the original terrain. The basic concept is to release the central part of the plot , which comes into the foreground walker . They are designed three types of fuel ; apartment building , which is located in the western part of the plot , and two types of houses almost bordering the property line . This solution allowed the release of the central part of which can now be used as a space for pedestrians towards the end of the plot . This part is enriched with playgrounds and areas for relaxation. Conclusion The land consists of very steep terrain , which is modified to form a park . Where the terrain again milder designed multifunctional pavilion , serving as Meeting point .
