Preparation of graphene layers by various methods and characterization of their properties

This bachelor's thesis deals with the production of graphene by different methods. Graphene was prepared by mechanical exfoliation and chemical methods. Graphene oxide (GO) was first prepared by modified Hummers method and disolved the solution in isopropyl alcohol. It was subsequently reduced by photoreduction, UV radiation and thermal reduction. Produced graphene samples were characterized using optical microscopy, electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and X$-$ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Measurement results and evaluation of production quality of graphene are shown in this work.

IMPACT OF BROWNFIELDS TO THE RURAL LANDSCAPE OF ŠTIAVNICKÉ VRCHY

This contribution is aimed to brownfields as a result of mining activities in rural landscape and it´s next possible use utilization. A typical example of brownfields is area of Štiavnické vrchy. Many objects (real estates) and buildings stayed without any next use after the end of mining activities. Bigger problem, as it seems, are the objects that rised as a result of that activities. That objects have been used for many decades or centuries, nevertheless thay have no utilization on the present. Seriousness of this problem is rising, because individual brownfields have an enviromental impact to the landscape.

Motivation and stabilization of employees

Bachelor thesis describes and analyzes the motivation, stabilization and work satisfaction of employees in chosen corporation. Basic terms connected with theoretical background for example sources of motivation,theory of working motivation and others are defined in the theoretical part. The practical part offers closer view inside to the company, studies its motivational and stabilizational instruments, employees benefits and other factors used to satisfy the staff. Research was backed up with questionare and at the end of my work I analyzed all outputs with proper offers to improve critical results of some sections.
