The objective of this bachelor’s thesis is to create a design of a new building which is a block of flats which corresponds with the level of project documentation for construction. It is a four-storey apartment building containing a basement which will be built in Olomouc – Povel on the street Jeremiášova. Altogether 19 housing units will be available for the total of 39 residents. Further there will be 14 parking spots (8 spots in the underground parking, 6 spots for outdoor parking). A cellar cubicle is assigned to each apartment in the first floor. A transverse masonry made of ceramic blocks was selected as a structural system in overhead floors and from concrete block in the basement. The whole object is insulated by a contact thermal insulation system.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a project of an apartment building in Velká Bíteš, Kapitána Jaroše street on plots no. 2051 and 2038/1 that are slightly sloping. The apartment building is partial basement, it has three above ground floors and one basement. The external wall of the above ground part of the project is made of Porotherm clay blocks complemented with thermal insulation systém according to ETICS. The external wall of the basement is made of concrete block BEST which is provided with thermal insulation. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made as ceiling Porotherm with ceiling blocks Miako. The builng is roofed with a warm flat roof. There are 9 flasts with a different layout design suggest.
Family house with an establishment

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design and develop a project documentation for a family house with an establishment which is situated to the village of Přibyslavice by Velká Bíteš. It's designed as a separate three storey building. Two of the storey's are above ground and one of them is underground. This family house is designed for a family of four. There's an establishment of a service and sale of bicycles included in the house. The entrance and establishment of the house is oriented to the west. Arrival for the owner is situated to the south in the underground floor where the garage is located. The residential part of the house is both oriented to the south and west. The establishment is oriented to the north and has three parking spots for customers. The structural system of the building is based on the Porotherm system. Vertical constructions are from ceramic blocks of the Porotherm system and from lost formwork BEST (Underground floor). Horizontal constructions are designed by the Porotherm miako system. The roof of the establishment is designed as a single-shell non-walking and the roof above 2.NP is saddle.

The aim of the Bachelor´s thesis is elaboration of design documentation for execution of an apartment house. It is a building with partial basement and two above-ground floors including five dwelling units. Storage space, boiler room, drying room and assembly room are placed in basement. Access to the building is oriented to the south. The building has rectangle floor plan and roofing is solved as flat roof. External wall is designed from clay masonry POROTHERM at above ground floors and from permanent formwork BEST in the basement. Floor structure is designed from clay girders POROTHERM and ceiling parts MIAKO POROTHERM.
Family house with a café

Bachelor thesis is a new family house with a café in Vrdy. Part of the two-storey family house is a basement, the one-storey cafe next. Both parts of the building have a flat roof. The underground floor has a technical room and cellar. On the first floor of the family house there is a vestibule with dressing room, corridors, toilet, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and dining room with access to the tercce, and garage. On the second floor there are bedrooms, three children's rooms, guest room, bathroom, toilet, cloakroom, study and pantry. From the corridor on the first floor above you can go to a café where the main compartment is divided into a service area and for the guests. There is also a base for staff, storage and hygienic facilities. An outdoor terrace is connected to the café. The café is designed as barrier-free. This project was elaborated in ArchiCAD 18.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a new building of a detached residential building in Zábřeh. The form corresponds to the project documentation for the building permit. It is a two-storey, basement building with a flat roof based on the base passages. On the above floors are 5 residential units for 12 people. In the 1st floor there is an apartment with barrier-free access. A stroller storage and a cleaning room are available for all users in 1st floor. In the basement there are cellars for all apartments, a boiler room and a common dryer. Parking is done in front of a building on a paved surface. The construction system is a two-way brickwork of the Porotherm masonry elements except for the perimeter masonry, which is made of a reinforced concrete system. The ceiling structure is made of Miako brick inserts and ceramic concrete ceiling POT beams. The whole object is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system.

Subject of this bachelor thesis is detail design documentation of an apartment house. Proposed apartment house with garages is located in the suburbs of Hovězí municipality in the Zlín region. Cadastral municipality Hovězí, plot No. 1355/50. The object has 7 housing units, utility rooms, chambers in each apartment and pram room in the upper floors. In the basement there is mechanical room, drying room and cellar cubicles. Basement is connected with upper floors by tractive elevator and a staircase. The garages, designed as row object, pertain to the apartment house. The triple-storey apartment house is designed partially with a cellar and with a sloping roof. The pertaining garages are single-storey with flat roof. The constructional system is longitudinal wall. The foundation is made of concrete strip footing. The circumferential supporting masonry is built from concrete blocks of permanent shuttering in the basement and from ceramic blocks in the upper floor. The vertical supporting system in the interior is also made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction is made of folded ceramic concrete. Staircase is monolitic reinforced concrete. The roof of the object is made from wooden bar joists creating the shape of a comb roof and the garages are roofed by flat green roof. Thermal insulation is designed as mineral wool. Garages have stone facing without insulation.

The bachelor thesis is focused on designing residential building located in Kroměříž 1539/61, 1539/55. The building is a four-storey single-detached residence, which has partial basement and eight housing units. On the first floor there are two units and on the second and third floor there are three units. Masonry is designed with ceramic blocks. Ceiling system is based on semi-mounted ceilings with ceramic inserts. Roof construction is a single-skin flat profile roof. The bachelor thesis contains project documentation for construction work.
