Segmentation of the organic food market
Doležalová, Barbora ; Koudelka, Jan (advisor) ; Ježková, Renata (referee)
The goal of this masters thesis is focused on segmentation of the organic food market in the Czech Republic based on analysis of similarities or differences among consumers in Czech organic food market and also find out who is a typical organic food consumer. The thesis is divided into three parts, the theoretical, the methodological and the practical part. Process of the market segmentation, methods and approaches of the segmentation, the basic concepts and legislation on the matter are described in the theoretical part. Furthermore, mapping the situation of the contemporary state of the Czech organic food market. Marketing research is introduced in methodological part of the thesis. The practical part includes market segmentation by using secondary data MML - TGI (with Data Analyzer software) and primary data from quantitative research (with SPSS software). Variables were reduced to the four factors by using factor analysis. Then consumers were put into five clusters based on cluster analysis. Segments were characterized in detail using a general analysis, contingency tables, MCART analysis and multivariate statistical methods. Finally, there were elaborated appropriate marketing recommendations for the individual segments to effective marketing communication with them.
Protection of population-teaching aid for seniors
DOLEŽALOVÁ, Barbora
Protection of population - a teaching aid for seniors Thesis topic is "Protection of population - teaching aid for the seniors." The theoretical part of the education system of seniors how they can develop their personality even at an advanced age and thus come to fulfilment. The work is also described as insight into the history of protection population and its current state. It is important to realize continuous development of this area, particularly in the approach to the risks and dangers that surround us, their analysis and subsequent action. A prerequisite for the efficient functioning of the security system are appropriate legislative measures. The important part is undoubtedly a preventive educational activity in the area of civil protection and fire protection focused on citizens. The work classifies emergencies and carries out the tasks of civil protection. The theoretical part also describes cooperation at the international level. The aim was to create educational material for the elderly, aimed at protecting the population and treated on the basis of available information and literature. In the result, therefore, to raise awareness among the elderly in the area, this may be in danger of their lives, health or property. To accomplish this aim it was necessary to choose basic and essential information from available sources. It was mainly about the basic concepts of civil protection, classification of incidents and how they behave in given situations. It was also necessary to create a questionnaire including questions on precisely the subject of protection of the population in relation to the citizens themselves - seniors. The questionnaire was administered in elderly patients visiting senior's club Šance in Týn nad Vltavou and was subsequently verified normality knowledge. Following the improvement of information for seniors from the aforementioned club was created block of three lectures where senior citizens have clarified the issue of protection of the population, especially in relation to their self-protection. Chapter "Results" includes an evaluation questionnaire. Presented are the issues and their graphic evaluation. Using mathematical and descriptive statistics were verified whether knowledge of seniors in the area of civil protection division has knowledge of near normal distribution. The hypothesis was verified and accepted. The result of this work is an educational tool that is further specified in the chapter "Results". The complete version of teaching aids is the appendixes, which among other things are also presentations that were used to lecture at the senior's club Šance. The output material will serve as an informational tool for seniors visiting senior's club Šance. Another possibility is the use of teaching materials electronically, where the material will be available on the website of the town Týn nad Vltavou and provide the necessary information not only seniors, but also to other citizens, who express concern over the issue of choice. Interest in electronic form of educational toys showed a primary school Hlinecká in Týn nad Vltavou.

Bone traumatology
DOLEŽALOVÁ, Barbora
The subject of the bachelor?s work is ?Bone traumatology?, which is in health institutions of the Czech Republic classified forefront in diagnostics thanks to skiagraphy. In nowadays medicine new technologies are used permanently. Dealed with conventional radiology, its the biggest expansion came in the beginning of 20 century, when some new radiation X (X-ray radiation) was discovered. Just thanks to this discovery the new era of permanently developing new methods for diagnostics started. The theoretical part of the work is concerned with anatomy of a bone together with traumatology. Next there is a part dedicated to some basic facts about X-ray radiation. In this work is also described skiagraphy, in which I deal more with the matters of film material and digital radiology. In hospitals and in majority of workplaces we meet more and more digitalisation of a system and a transition from film materials to various detectors (an image intensifier, semiconductor detectors, photostimulable phosphor plate etc.,). The aim of the work is to analyse a quotient of skiagraphy of bone traumatology in particular age groups. The hypotheses of this bachelor?s work were defined this way: in radiodiagnostic wards predominates skiagraphy of an axial skeleton over other radiographic diagnostics (soft tissues- lungs, a heart, an abdomen). The most numerous group of examined people are children at the age to 15. The practical part of the work provides information dealed mainly with numbers of radiographic exeminations performed in the X-ray workplace in Týn nad Vltavou from 2009 to 2011. These examinations were concerned with bones, but also soft tissues (a heart, lungs, an abdomen). The data were found out from operative diaries and computer systems. In this work there were compared patients of particular age groups: - in the number of radiographic examinations in an observed period (2009-2011) - in the number of radiographicly, examined particular zones of a human body (a hearth+lungs, a spine, an upper limb, a lower limb, a skull, ribs+a breastbone and an abdomen). Further data which was obtained from the internet portal of Institute of health information and statistics of the Czech Republic (ÚZIS ČR) were worked up. Examinations were tested through the use of imaging technologies in the Czech Rebublic and Southern Bohemia and a number of radiographic examined particular zones of a human body (a breast,a lower limb, an upper limb, a spine, bone radiology and an abdomen) in Southern Bohemia from 2009 to 2011. All the obtained data I worked up into particular graphs which are found in the chapter ?Quantitative research?. In the chapter ?Discussion? particular graphs are described and are complemented with my personal hypothesis and opinions of a radiology asistent from X-ray workplace in Týn nad Vltavou. The results of the work prove that the aim of the work was realised. Defined hypothesis no.1: in radiological workplaces skiagraphy of an axial skeleton prevails over the other radiographic diagnosis (soft tissues- a heart, lungs, an abdomen) was confirmed, however hypothesis no.2: the most numerous group of examined are children to the age of 15 was not succesful to confirm. In the chapter ?Conclusion? I summarised the results of the work, which will help as a supplemental statistical material with a more detailed structure in X-ray workplace in Týn nad Vltavou. The theoretical part of the work can be used as a tutorial material not only in the subject of the radiological assistant.
