Concept of linear motors measurement workplace
Knobloch, Jan ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Klíma, Bohumil (advisor)
Master’s thesis handles about measurement on linear motors. Acts about set of two linear machines on one rail. One is motor and second is load. Thesis paies their mathematical description, control and measurement. It’s made measurement of the linear motor load characteristic. Next measurement have to do with losses in the converter. Is chosen measuring instrument t for measurement during working cycle. During working cycle has determine power eciency of entire drive.
Current Sensors
Vaculík, Vlastimil ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Patočka, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma theisis deals with the theoretical analysis of the known types of current sensors, including for example, current transformers, shunts, and advanced sensors using Hall sensor or Rogowski coil. Subsequently, the rest of the work deals with the issue of current transducers with Hall sensors, without using a ferromagnetic circuit. For optimal currnet measure and overall precision, several possible options are designed and calculated. This includes number of sensing elements and distribution of sensors around the wires. Based on calaculation of magnetic intensity, related 3D charts ale plotted unsing Excel software. These charts illustrate the theoretical calculations of field distribution around conductors for various number of sensor. In the last part, components ale designed for practical implementation and scheme of electrical wiring. According to this scheme there is PCB designed as well. Whole current meter ir practically build and its results are compared with theoretical assumtions that are discussed in conclusion part of this theisis.
Charger for lead-acid accumulators 12V with the aditional fuction "start-car"
Benada, Tomáš ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Vorel, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis is engineering design of the intelligent CHARGER FOR LEAD-ACID ACCUMULATORS 12V WITH THE ADDITIONAL FUNCTION "START-CAR". It contains calculations of each component. The switching power supply is the mainstay of the charger that makes the charger small, lightweight and portable. The Intelligent CHARGER FOR LEAD-ACID ACCUMULATORS 12V WITH THE ADDITIONAL FUNCTION "START-CAR“ charges the accumulator by method of constant voltage with current limitation of 0,5A, 5A, 20A, 50A. 50A current is used in winter during starting of a car, when the battery can´t provide sufficient current. The device comprises safety protection for the charger, supply network and battery. There are three LEDs placed on the front side of the charger reflecting status of the device.
Utilization of the Laboratory stand with inverters and motors in the teaching process.
Holub, Miroslav ; Ondrejček, Vladimír (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is about laboratory stand for electrical drives lessons. This facility is developed by UVEE department and functional protype is allready finished. Main subject of this thesis was revising of gate driver circuit board and physical realization of further workplaces. At overall 8 identical workplaces are constructed. Last part of thesis was testing of actual prototype performance especially its load capability.
Step-Up converter for mobile device
Gabriel, Petr ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Huták, Petr (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor‘s thesis is about to intoduce possibilities of construction and use of switched power supplies. Thesis focuses mainly to description of different types of converters. There are possibilities of power supplie's design and sizing of its components described in this thesis. This thesis contains concrete design of power supply for realization. There are results of the measurement and comparision to the parameters given by manufacturer set forth at the end of this thesis.
DC-DC converter for onboard charging of electric vehicles
Holub, Miroslav ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Folprecht, Martin (advisor)
This master thesis deals with design of DC-DC converter for onboard charging of electric vehicle. Developed converter will mainly be used for charging stationary traction battery in laboratory. Output voltage of this charger will be adjustable by user in between 200 V and 450 V depending on the current charged battery configuration. Output current limit is set at 8 A. Since the converter will be supplied from standard household socket, the problem of power factor correction must be solved during the design. That is because a large part of this thesis is focused on describing the problematics of power factor correction. After that, active PFC module is designed, completed and performance of this module is verified. To achieve low overall losses and thus be able to keep small volume of the system, modern switching components based on Silicon Carbide were preferred. Beside laboratory use, completed system will be used to emphasize volumetric difference between onboard chargers based on old versus modern switching components.
Iverter for three-phase motor
Mikuška, Martin ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Knobloch, Jan (advisor)
This master’s thesis goes into design of particular circuits for three phase inverter. Inverter’s control is ensured by digital signal controller MC56F8013 with his program. Principle of control is suggested for individual motors. Inverter design considerate universal use and capability for any three phase motor. Particular blocks are compatible each other.
Computer aided design in electric drives
Berčík, Vojtěch ; Kadlec, Josef (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
This work deals with computer modeling of measuring workplace with asynchronous and DC motor connected through flexible shaft coupling and manufacturing documentation of frame construction on which the engines are placed. The software used and its possibilities are also described.
Three-phase sinusoidal pulse width modulation algorithms
Rudolf, Ladislav ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Klíma, Bohumil (advisor)
The main theme of this bachelors‘s thesis is to introduce readers into the algorithm of generating three-phase sinusoidal pulse width modulation. Main attention is concentrating to methods of generating Pulse width modulation method such as comparate PWM modulation technique and space modulation of voltage vector SVM. The functional units of algorithms are analysed and described from the basics. In addition, this project describes the basic analog solutions and even the implementation of the PWM modulator into signal processors DSP56F800.
