Solution to financial crisis in the management of construction company

In this work we will deal with financial analysis of construction company and design possible solutions for stabilization. In the theoretical part of this work we will first focus briefly on the basic issues of macroeconomics, microeconomics, economic situation, especially in construction and perceive financial analysis of company. Based on this knowledge we will analyze a specific company and will draw possible solutions enabling us to achieve a profit or at least overcome the crisis period. For financial analysis will be the part of this work used primarily horizontal and vertical analysis ratios and analysis of financial statements.

The subject of the activity of proposed center is the construction and operation of training center for training their own employees and business partners in fields of business in which the company operates. The thesis contains detailed analysis of the company and its financial position focused on verifying readiness of the intended project.

This diploma thesis deals with harvesting electrical power from renewable resources - natural raw materials, specifically from biomass, by means of energy producing equipment - biogas station. Theoretical part is focused on possibilities of energy production from renewable resources, analysis of administrative measures connected both with power engineering legislature and limited company establishing. It deals with procedures necessary for implementation of the plan and funding possibilities - grants and long term bank loans. Following analytical part is aimed to particular identification of surroundings, chances and risks connected with proposed design. Prospectus with the objective of establishing limited company BS Cerekvice nad Loučnou, s.r.o. is described in the project; this company will be focused on construction and operation of biogas station, producing electric power and heat.

This thesis is focused on estimation of investment project in limited company called GSR s.r.o. The investment goes to the company area, which includes an administration building with its offices and store. The area location should be in Uherské Hradiště or its near surroundings. GSR s.r.o. is going to buy a piece of land according to above mentioned requirements and builds the administration building itself. The main aim of this thesis is to compare two possibilities – to sale this finished company area or to lease the finished company area for 20 years and to sale after 20 years.

The theme of this thesis is draft of measures body related with changes in sick benefit system. The goal of this thesis is the analysis of impact of changes in sick benefit system on employer and the draft of measures for the subject. There is a description of sick benefit system used in CR and in other countries EU in this thesis. There is a describtion of the changes and the impacts on employer are analysed. The last part of the thesis is composed by draft of measures related with these changes.

Master's thesis brings the basic summary of principles and methods of tax supervision and comments development of tax penalty. Purpose of the Master's thesis is a creation of proposals for improvement tax collection and increasing efficiency of tax procedure. Increasing tax submission and liberalization of tax penalty system inspired by legislation of European union are strategic goals of thesis.
