Praktické rozdíly při ocenění podniku tržní hodnotou, value in use a pro cenové jednání
Vlček, Michal ; Hlaváč, Jiří (advisor) ; Maříková, Pavla (referee)
This thesis aims to explain the basic characteristics of valuation method in practice use. The first chapter is about basic character of each method of valuation and factors which influence its applicability. The second chapter mentions estimation of market value/appraisal, includes affecting factors. Then, the third and fourth parts aim to comparing these appraisals (market. vs. price bargaining, subjective and objective, complex appraisal) and price formation for price bargaining in the Czech a EU market. Chain of model facets in appraisal is demonstrated by fair example in the fifth part. Mainly prefeasibility appraisal and bargaining based on the categories of value are followed. These entire complexes comparing of advantages and disadvantages of each category of value with a focus on valuation methods, in particular the consequences of their use are gone to conclusion of my thesis. At the very end of the thesis there are the main points of practical differences and their benefits to it and their contributions summarized.
Web applications to support managing small projects
Vlček, Michal ; Pavlíčková, Jarmila (advisor) ; Fortinová, Jana (referee)
This thesis deals with description and analysis of market with web applications to support small business projects. In a theoretical part the reader is familiar with basic concepts relating to project management. Furthermore, reader is familiar with methodology for project management and software development. Part of the theoretical part is analysis of market with web applications. To conclude the theoretical part is found out support of methodologies. A practical part, on the contrary aims, set requirements for a small project. According to these requirements are selected web applications. These web applications are described and according to criterions is selected single web application. In conclusion thesis is reviewed feedback from students. The main contribution of this thesis is found out support of methodologies, overview of free apps, user's guide to application TeamBox and feedback from students subject 4IT115.
Comparison of open source accounting software
Vlček, Martin ; Kučera, Jan (advisor) ; Chlapek, Dušan (referee)
This thesis deals with open source accounting software. Its objective is to provide basic information about open source accounting software, define functional and other requirements for accounting software, compare the selected open source accounting tools and analyze the current state of the market for open source accounting software. The theoretical part brings the basics, which is related to the topic of this thesis. The next part contains my own definition of the requirements for the accounting software. Selected subset of the defined criteria is applied to comparing of the selected open source accounting software, which is contained in the practical part. This thesis also brings the overview of the market for open source accounting software. The overview and description of available open source accounting tools, and the comparison of the selected products are considered the main benefit of this thesis. The thesis could be used as an information source while selecting suitable open source accounting software.
Prenatal diagnosis by imaging methods
VLČEK, Martin
The bachelor degree thesis focuses on imaging methods in prenatal diagnostics. The theoretical part informs the readers about the current situation in this field, including invasive and noninvasive examination methods. The theoretical part is concluded with a chapter on prenatal detection of heart disease by means of screening examination of pregnant women. The objective of the thesis was to highlight the activities of a radiological assistant, to describe his/her activities during the use of various modalities and possibilities in diagnostics of congenital heart diseases, both prenatally and perinatally. One hypothesis was formulated, concerning the activity of a radiological assistant in diagnostics of congenital heart diseases during the prenatal period. The quantitative research was designed based on the number of examined fetuses and newborns in the teaching hospital (Fakultní nemocnice) in Motol and in the Center of Medical Genetics (Centrum lékařské genetiky s.r.o.) in České Budějovice in the course of 1 year. In 59 fetuses examined with magnetic resonance the following 3 congenital heart diseases were detected most frequently: 7 cases of agenesis of corpus callosum, 6 cases of ventriculomegalia and 7 cases of congenital cystic adenomatoid lung malformation. None of the examined mothers was diagnosed with placenta defects or pathological changes on the fetus heart. The formulated hypothesis has been confirmed. At present, congenital heart diseases are not routinely prenatally examined by means of magnetic resonance due to the too robust technology and insufficient quality of the imaging. The prominent role is still being played by ultrasonic examinations performed by gynecologists and obstetricians. The thesis and the research results may be used by cardiologists, gynecologists, obstetricians, as well as radiologists.
Surveying of the actual state of the part of the cadastral register in the area of the river Ostřice and comparison with the existing large - scale maps.
VLČEK, Martin
The aim of this thesis is a detailed survey and processing of a part of the Ostřice stream catchment and comparing the changes with current cadastral map and with state map derived 1 : 5000. Location is situated in cadastral area Horní Planá. As a method for detailed surveying electronic tacheometry was chosen. Computing and graphic work was performed in geodetic software KOKEŠ. The result of this work is the cartographic original executed at a scale of 1 : 500.
Materiály pro paměti založených na optických a elektrických fázových změnách - struktura, vlastnosti a aplikace
Frumar, M. ; Přikryl, J. ; Vlček, Milan ; Beneš, L. ; Frumarová, Božena ; Hrdlička, M. ; Wágner, T.
A review of materials and principles used in optical and electrical data storage based on phase changes is given, the composition structure, properties and the ways of preparation of thin films of the materials already used, or potentially applicable, are discussed. The problems of fast crystallization and amorphization as well as problems of stability of amorphous state and of the storage at elevated temperatures are mentioned.
Amorfní tenké vrstvy Ag-Sb-S připravené radiofrekvenčním magnetronovým naprašováním
Gutwirth, J. ; Wágner, T. ; Drašar, Č. ; Beneš, L. ; Vlček, M. ; Hrdlička, M. ; Frumar, M. ; Schwarz, J. ; Tichá, H. ; Peřina, Vratislav
Thin Ag-Sb-S films were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering as potential candidates for rewritable optical data storage films. There were prepared polycrystalline bulks of AgSbS2. Composition and homogeneity of these bulks were checked. Targets for RF magnetron sputtering were prepared from pulverized bulks by hot pressing technique. Targets were characterized the same way as bulks. Composition and homogeneity of prepared thin films were characterized by SEM-EDX and RBS/ERDA, amorphous/crystalline character was studied by XRD. Optical properties (spectral dependence of refractive index) were evaluated on basis of UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy and variable angle spectral ellipsometry (VASE). Crystallization abilities were traced by thermal dependence of optical transmission of prepared thin films.
The posibilities of laser - diffraction method for measurement of particles size of inorganic pigments
Bělina, P. ; Mesíková, Ž. ; Vlček, Milan
The laser - difraction methods were used for particles size determination of CuCr2O4 pigment. The results were checket electron scanning microscopy.
Amorphous chalcogenide thin films doped by Sm3+ ions
Frumarová, Božena ; Frumar, M. ; Šourková, P. ; Vlček, M.
Pure and Sm3+ doped amoprhous thin films of Sb2S3 and GeS2-Sb2S3 systems were prepared by thermal co-evaporation. Optical properties of this films were studied.
