Hopel Karpaty in Valašské Klobouky

The diploma thesis deals with the project of hotel with restaurant situated in Valašské Klobouky. The building has two above ground floors and partial basement. Accommodation capacity is forty-three beds, restaurant capacity is sixty seats. The object is made of free rectangles and has a gable roof. There is a restaurant, reception and rooms on the first floor. On the second floor, there are only rooms. The external and internal vertical structures are made of Heluz ceramic pieces, horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. External thermal insulation composite system is designed. The diploma thesis has the form of project documentation for construction.
Multipurpose sports hall in Třebechovice

The master´s thesis deals with design of a multipurpose sports hall in Třebechovice pod Orebem. The subject of the master´s thesis is elaboration od a part of the project documentation for the construction realization. The main goal includes designing a layout and construction solution of the building. On the 1st floor there is an entrance with staircase, changing rooms for athletes, a technical room and a sports hall. On the 2nd floor there is a small hall and boardroom, refreshment with terrace and an auditorium. The building will have a role of civic amenities of the city.
Municipal Office Building in Předboj

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of the construction of a multifunc-tional building of the municipal building in Předboj and the elaboration of the construction documentation. The proposed building is located near the existing village center. The building is designed on undeveloped land, which forms an im-aginary boundary between the existing buildings from the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century and the new buildings from the beginning of the 21st century. The architectural character suitably combines the character of the original development with gabled roofs with modern elements characterizing the new development. The building is divided into two wings. The east wing is one-storey and houses the premises of the municipal office. The west wing is mul-ti-storey. In the basement there are the technical facilities of the municipal office, on the first floor there are the library and the ceremonial hall. The attic is intended for the detached workplace of the basic art school.
Relaxation center in Velké Meziříčí

This thesis describes design of new relaxation centre building in town of Velké Meziříčí and creation of blueprints for building construction. Blueprints are furthermore supplemented by extensions for heating and concrete structures. The relaxation centre houses a wellness centre, a café, a hair and make-up salon with possibility of massage and an outdoor shop. The building is located in southern part of Velké Meziříčí – an urban area of both residential and industrial buildings. The centre is a three storey building with partial basement, flat single-layered roof and stairway, which serves as an access point for ventilation engine room located on top of the roof structure. This last element is distinguished from the rest of the building by different coloured façade panelling and serves as a dominant. Wellness centre covers the whole of ground floor and is interfaced with the first floor by additional wellness centre spaces and staff spaces. The first floor also includes the outdoor shop. Café and hair salon are situated on the second floor. Architectonic design is created in similarity to surrounding buildings and in relation to cardinal direction. Land lot is utilized for wellness centre purposes.
Pension in Ostrožská Nová Ves.

The project deals with pension in Ostrožská Nová Ves. Duplex apartment is a part of the building. The building is a partially basement, it has three floors. It is situated by slightly (nearly flat) terrain. There are storage and boiler room in the basement. The first floor is used for operating purposes and there are accommodation units which are situated at second floor, too. There are two flats at third floor.
Kindergarten in Měrovice bad Hanou

This diploma thesis is focused on design and postprocessing of project documentation for two storey, cellular basement kindergarten in Měrovice nad Hanou. The target is to create operational dispositive solution which takes account of everyday operations. The operation consists of two class, a multipurpose hall, an operating section and a part of teachers. The buiding is designed from construction system Porotherm. It is built with warm flat roof and the building is based on strip foundations.
Municipal center Moutnice

Project deals multifunctional building with facilities for the village Moutnice. Located in the center of the village Moutnice. The terrain is slightly sloping to the north. The house has two floors. The 1st floor is a library with all facilities, garage with workshop and social backgrounds, business mail with the necessary facilities. In the 2nd floor is the office of the village, pharmacy, pediatric GP, GP surgeries for adults and massage room. The house is covered with a hipped roof with a slope of 25 °. The house is made of brick technology ceramic blocks. The truss is designed wooden Hip. Tile roofing.
Powder coating plant KOMAXIT in Malhotice

Project addressed the Powder coating plant KOMAXIT in Malhotice. The building is from two separate parts - administrative building and production hall. The administrative building is from two floors. In this object is the offices, day rooms, cloakrooms and hygienic rooms. In the production hall are production rooms and storage.
Kindergarten Solivar

The goal of this diploma thesis is a design study and project documentation for a new-building of a kindergarten in a city of Prešov (city part Solivar), Slovakia. The kindergarten will be a institution for pre-school education for children from 3 to 6 years old. The projects of the kindergarten building consist of one classroom for children within the age from 3-4, one classroom, for children within the age from 4-5 and third classroom for children from 5-6 years old. The designed object also contains janitor’s room and closet, laundry room, director’s office and a community room for cultural happenings held by kindergarten. Parking spaces are designed outside, in front of the building next to the main entrance. The playground is placed on the south-west side. The building of a kindergarten is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton structure with longitudinal beams. The circumferential walls will be made of ceramic bricks with a contact thermal insulation ETICS system. Ceilings are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete. Over the 2nd floor, there will be a saddle roof and the roof over the first floor will be flat, with a gravel layer. Foundings of the building are designed as a concrete strips which expand to pads under columns.
Mountain guest house in Červená Voda

The goal of the thesis was to develop project documentation for the construction of a pension with a restaurant. The object is located in the village of Červená Voda, near the Buková hora ski area. The building is built on sloping terrain. The pension has three above-ground floors and one underground. There are a technical equipment and a common parking lot on the underground floor. On the first above-ground floor there are a restaurant with a kitchen, employee facilities, a reception, offices, and other storage spaces for the pension. On the second and third above-ground floors, there are accommodation units. The accommodation capacity is 40 beds. The architectural and material solution is based on traditional mountain objects. The pension is designed very consistently and responsibly regarding to the surrounding nature and landscape. The structural system of the object is designed as a cross-wall. Load-bearing walls are designed from ceramic blocks. Ceiling constructions are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The main part of the object is covered with a gable roof. The roof structure is composed of a truss system.
