This work gives basic information about screw pumps. The work is about hydrostatic convertors. It describes division hydrostatic convertors basic information, purpose, equations and diagrams. Then the work gives information about division of screw pumps, their construction, principle, how working and utilization. At the end of the work is derivation of equations for computation twinscrew pump with buttress thread and drawing of diagrams from these equations. Consequently is doing calculation of twin screw pump for entry data.
Vane pump

This bachelor’s thesis talks about the problems of pumps, especially vane pumps. After research part, there are given some basic relations for the design of the pump. Then there is calculation of the basic dimensions according to the given parameters. In conslusion, the designed shape is subjected to the CFD analysis.
Fluid coupling

This diploma´s thesis deals in the first part with hydrodynamic coupling, mainly on her construction and function description. In the second part of this diploma´s thesis is solved influence construction changes of the hydrodynamic coupling to the transmitted torque. Changes in the construction are determined by changing the number of blades and changing the value gap between the turbine and pump round. Finally, construction change is solved of the hydrodynamic coupling to increase the transmitted torque and force effects are evaluated on the hydrodynamic coupling.
Study of turbine with side channel runner

This thesis deals with proposal of constructional solving turbine with side channel. Basis for the design is lossy characteristics of the valve. The intention is to replace hydraulic closures by turbine with side channel runner. Hydraulic losses in the flow restriction in turn replaced by the electricity generation in the comparable characteristics of valve and turbine.
Function of surge chamber

The thesis is focused on creation of the mathematical model for calculating the change of fluid volume and flow in surge tank and air chamber during the water hammer effect. The work also includes the derivation of the basic equations of hydrodynamics and the theory dealing with water hammer including the possibilities in protection of the pipeline system during this phenomenon.

This work gives basic information about vane pumps, especially with unbalanced construction and vanes led by rotor. The first chapter generally gives an attention to pumps. There are described basic information, classification, advantages and disadvantages of the types, characteristics and calculation relations. The following chapters describe the vane pumps in the way of classification, description of function and calculation relations. There is also made a practical calculation of vane pump according to the assignment accompanied by CFD analysis.
Positive displacement pump design

The bachelor thesis is focused on positive displacement pump design. At the beginning of the bachelor thesis is described basic division of hydrostatic pumps, basic calculation relations and characteristic of liquids. The basic calculation relations are: actual flow, torque, efficiency and power consumption. Furthermore, in the individual pump types are described principle function, characteristics, uses, advantages and disadvantages. At the end of the thesis is mentioned current research, which conversant analysis of the force Gerotor pumps, where the cycloidal transfer made from thermoplastic (POM).

This bachelors thesis is focused on explaining the broad issue of the non-conventional machining by water jet. Introductory chapters deal with various techniques and methods of water-jet cutting. Then the following text provides us with a detailed description of the machine itself. The third chapter is focused on the technology of cutting and quality of the resulting surface and the possibility of affecting it by technological parameters. Before the conclusion there is evaluation of the benefits of water jet cutting.
