This bachelor´s thesis is the project of the family house with the hairdressing saloon. The building floor plan is designed as a square with a cranked corner. The building consists of two floors, an attic and one underground floor. The roofing of the building is formed by a saddle roof with a slope of 35°, metal sheet templates are used as covering. The house will be used for living a family of four. In the basement there is a garage for two cars, a workshop, an utility room and a staircase space. On the first floor there is a hairdressing saloon with a space for cutting and hinterland of staff, in the second part of the first floor there is an entrance into a housing unit with a stock and a toilet. On the second floor there is a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. In the attic there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The project was developed in the educational version of ArchiCAD16. The project is designed in accordance with the requirements of layout arrangement, architectural design, the correct structural design and the safe use of the building.

Bachelor’s thesis includes the design and construction plan for a family house with a place of business in the town of Brno in the stage of project documentation for construction. Bachelor’s thesis is focused on elaboration of polyfunctional detached house. This house is divided into two separate functional parts- part for living and part for establishment of flower shop. House has three floors and it has a cellar. Building is based on strip foundations of concrete, vertical and horizontal contructions are projected of building system Porotherm, insulation parts are of system Isover, roof tiles Tondach. Part of project is seminar paper on the topic „Vapor barriers“.

In my work, I worked out project documentation for construction of multifunctional free-standing family house in city of Brno. There are one underground and three above-ground floors with the attached parking port under the terrace. The house is based on plain concrete footings and the masonry is made from the building system POROTHERM. The pitched roof with a slope of 38 ° is covered by clay tiles TONDACH. The built-up area of the house is 111.25 m2.

The project is design a house with a small establishment. The project includes the layout and the design of the house. The house has three floors with an attic and one basement floor. The house is designed as a brick building of brick masonry Porotherm in modular size 250 (125) mm with ceramic ceilings MIAKO a cylinder. Roofed by a gabled roof. The house is located on a private plot of 1200 m2 with built up area of 120 m2. The land is gently sloping.

The subject of my thesis is renovation of an winter´s spa in the part of Brno-Zábrdovice. The space of thesite compprises an outdoor swimming pool, a building of winter´s spa and a new building of indoor swimming pool. The restore object is divided into three parts. The first part contains wellness centre, the second part includes a bowling hall with restaurant abd the third part contains a fitnness centre with a weight room. The proposition of renovation respects a functionalist architecture, therefore, will largely retain its original look and will be used traditional materials here. There is solved a wheelchair accesible in the whole area.

The building has terrace and covered by a saddle roof with skylight. There are located commercial rooms (wine shop) and flat in the object.
Reconstruktion and new plan of St. Tomas court in Brno

The St. Tomas Court is the official historical monument of Brno city dated back to end of 18th century. This thesis is dedicated to reconstruction and rebuilding of the whole building whose premises are currently used by a horse riding club. The purpose of this thesis is to maintain the original symetric composition of the courtyard. The yard area creates an inner space which will be used for verdure redesign including a lounge area. The inner structure will be enclosed by terrain stands. That will create a decent green area in the city centre which could be freely used by general public for relaxation purposes. The whole rebuilding will turn the building into a cultural-commercial premises. The left part of the building will be dedicated for a multipurpose cultural hall. The main building will be used for administration and other related activities. The right wing is going to be turned into cafe, shop and administration unit.
