The manufacturing of car latch component by fineblanking technology
Augste, Jakub ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies branch Manufacturing Technology (N2307-00) is submitting design of technology production of the latch claw. The latch claw is a component of a car side-door latch assembly and can be used for different car models. The part is made of sheetmetal 4 mm thick. The material for the part is 15CrMo5, alloy steel for case-hardening purposes. Pursuant of the literary pursuit was designed several options of the part manufacture. With regard to required dimensional accuracy, cut-edge quality and expected production run (800 000 pcs. per year) was proposed manufacturing the part by fineblanking technology. Fineblanking is a cost-effective manufacturing method for accurate sheetmetal parts. For manufacturing parts was chosen Feintool hydraulic fineblanking press HFA 3200plus with total force 3200 kN. The press is coupled to a coil reel a strip straighter. Both units of Feintool feeding line FBA 8/300 are very compact, reducing space requirement. For the fineblanking tool design is used a moving-punch system because these tool systems are compact and economical to make and use. The tool make use of standardized cast iron fineblanking die set made by Fibro company. At the conclusion was compared the cost-effectiveness between two production methods – fineblanking with that of laser beam cutting.

This thesis deals with the production of driving chain gear, made from sheet metal 14 220.3, with a thickness of 8.0 mm. Set production series is 150 000 pieces per year. After the analysis of possible production methods was choosed fine-blanking technology as productive metod. It was elaborate the proposal of technological solution and constructional design involves selecting of the appropriate blank (sheet metal 8 x 1250 x 2500 mm), design of cutting tool with its documentation and the choice of production machine (triple-action hydraulic press Feintool HFA 3200 plus). In the last part of thesis was done an economical evaluation to assess the efficiency of the production.
Technology of production vertical wiring duct for low-voltage switchgear ABB
Šín, Martin ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis presents the design of the technology for production of a vertical cable tray for ABB low voltage switchboards. The assembly consists of two parts. Cable gutter and shielding partition are made of galvanized sheet 11 321, quality DX52D+Z275MB with material thickness 1 mm. Manufacturing of the component by means of punching, laser cutting, bending on the bending press and joining of individual parts using the clinching method was designed based on the study and calculations. Everything is documented by calculation and drawing documentation.
Analysis of Tube Bulging Process
Zdráhala, Radim ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the behavior of the thin-walled tubular test specimen during the technological test of the liquid draining of the tubes. The test specimen ‘in the form a tube was made of austenitic stainless steel 17 240 (1.4301, X5CrNi18-10). During the experiment, the radial expanding tool was quasi-statically charged by the internal fluid pressure. In the introductory part, the thesis focuses on the stress-strain description of the method of tube bulging and possible ways of detecting the strain of material during forming. The experimental part is primarily focused on the analysis of the test sample that was obtained from the experiment. Theoretical approaches were used to analyze the real test sample to detect strain and stress in material, numerical simulation of the bulge process and 3D ATOS scanning device, which helped clarify behavior tube during bulging process. At the end of the thesis is proposed possible design of the tool. This modification should contribute in the future to the full functionality of the radial expanding tool, or the bulging of the tube by liquid.
The Manufacturing of the Brake Disk by Fineblanking Technology
Kantor, Miroslav ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The purpose of the diploma thesis is to design a manufacturing technology of the Brake Disk. The component is made of stainless steel 17 023 (X30Cr13). The blank is 2 mm thick sheet metal. Within the literary study the comparison of the possible technologies of manufacturing has been carried out. With respect to the batch size 200 000 pieces the fineblanking technology has been chosen. For the manufacturing has been chosen HFA 700 press. The major point of diploma thesis is to design a cutting tool and create a drawing documentation. The part of the project is the technical and economical evaluation of the designed manufacturing process.
Manufacturing of part of door lock by compound tool
Nečas, Petr ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
Academic thesis, drawn up within the framework of engineering studies, presents a proposal optimal production of garage door lock striker. The part is manufactured from steel sheet S275JR of 1.5 mm thickness. By the analysis of its possible methods of production, with regard to the required annual series of 500,000 pieces, was chosen technology of manufacturing the part in the compound tool by blanking and bending processes. For these technologies was designed solution of the compound tool and automatic production line with the eccentric crank press SMERAL S160, where is the compound tool fixed. The measure of financial performance of manufacturing the part is economical assessing. In the current state is investment return in the production of 179,186 pieces of the parts.

The project drawn up within engineering studies, field M-STG, presents a design for processing a single part – the part is made of sheet steel number S195T by shearing and bending. On the basis of literary study was design compound tool which is working in three steps. The tool is fixed in eccentric press LE 250 with nominal force 25000 kN. Blanking punch and blanking die are made from tool steel 1.2379 according the drawing documentation.
Flaring the End of a Tube Under Static and Dynamic Conditions
Šrefl, Martin ; Samek, Radko (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The thesis is focused on expanding the ends of the tubes made of 1.4031 material into a cone shape for quasi-static and dynamic conditions. The aim of the research is the analysis of stress-strain condition in the area formed under the process conditions. As a technology test for expanding tubes is used a method of pushing the tube at a stationary mandrel and deformation measurement was done by 3D optical system ARAMIS. In the thesis is described in detail an experiment carried out under quasi-static conditions, the results of which yielded interesting findings. In the framework of the present study were designed and detailed engineering design and production tools designed for experimental realization of technological tests for quasi-static and dynamic conditions. Exploration in terms of the behavior of tube under dynamic conditions forming in this thesis is carried out in phase functional verification tools. The analysis of the forming process is planned in the framework of the next thesis.
The manufacturing of sheet metal part by blanking technology
Suchomel, Lukáš ; Špaček, Jindřich (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The master’s thesis elaborates an optimum proposal of the production technology of a cutting – a part made of steel plate 11 320.3. The theoretical part represents the problematic issue of cutting technology and on the basis of this part was designed a production of components in processual tool. The processual tool is composed of normalized components and is resolved by using a easel, which is attached into the eccentric press LEXN 100 C (producer Toma Industries) with the nominal drawing force of 1000 kN. The press was chosen on the basis of technological calculations. The work contains necessary calculations, economical evaluation and design documentation of the cutting tool for the components production. The last part contains the technical and economic evaluation of the recently designed technology.
