Title: Judo training concept of children in age group 8 to 10 years (U11) Objectives: The main objective of this work is to describe and evaluate a judo training concept for children in age group 8 to 10 years (U11). The secondary objective is to create a suitable test battery valid for children of this age. Methods: The thesis has an empirical-theoretical character. The work incorporates analyses of professional literature from the areas of general sports and judo training, data collection, and t-test and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient statistical methods. Results: The results of the thesis show that it is very important to focus on the growth of all the individual components of the training based on the age and development specifics of the children. Title: Weight reduction before a high level of competition in judo Aims of the study: The aim of this work is the detailed description of weight loss in elite judo athletes on the diet composition and dosage of exercise. Method: To obtain the input data for the assessment of body composition was used questionnaire method. Results: The results of our study indicate that reduction of body weight in judo is greatly influenced by individual variability of the individual and is reflected in a different approach to the reduction. Title: The development and success of the Czech and Slovak karate internationally Goals: The goal of this thesis is to present the world karate federation, its evolution, structure and regulation changes in the pass time. It focuses on the federation's member organizations - The Czech karate association and The Slovak karate association. The thesis further aims to generate a genesis of the Czech and Slovak sport karate, and focus on selected WKF world championships in which the two countries participated during the era of their independence, providing an overview of their accomplishments in these championships. Methods: The theoretical part of this work is processed on the basis of summative and compilation methods. These methods are applied in the summing up and organizing of the secondary source data, especially of the specialized literature and electronic sources. A comparative method is used in the part devoted to an overview of Czech and Slovak karate accomplishments in selected WKF world championships. Title: Effect of Aikido to develop fitness abilities and technical skills of the child Objectives: Main objective of this work is to discover improving level of conditions exercise group of children for three months. Another objective is to compare progress of technical skills in the same group of children. Methods: For fitness abilities were used normalized tests. For evaluation gained data was used dual t-test and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). For monitoring technical skills (tumbles and techniques) was used subjective observation. Results: In fitness abilities was confirmed, that age is main part of level of physical power. The older the child, the were powerful. After evaluation of fitness skills wasn't discovered statistically significant difference in the whole of group. Title: Attitudes competitors kickboxing coach to lead the way during the match Objectives: The main objective of this study is to examine how athletes perceive their coach in leadership (coaching) during the match, whether this behavior coincides with their preferences and what attitudes they have. Furthermore, these results are interpreted as a feedback to coach who lead a match to the increase effectiveness of its leadership and also show that perception during the match and athletes's preferences are very individual and different. And therefore coaches should not follow just generalized research into coaching but they should work with each athlete individually and according to theirs specific needs. Methods: In this thesis were used a method of structured questionnaire and semiguided interview. The structured questionnaire was used in the detecting method of coach leading during the match and preferences of participants. The semiguided interview method was used to specify preferences and attitudes towards a method of coach leadership. Comparison semicontact and fullcontact disciplines of kickbox in terms of general endurance and action speed

Title: Comparison of semi-contact and full-contact kickboxing disciplines in terms of general endurance and action speed. Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to compare contestants of both disciplines and determine whether there are any differences of speed or endurance nature. The second objective is to create a suitable test battery which is valid for determining special action speed and endurance. Methods: This thesis is of empirical and theoretical nature. The thesis is supported by analyses from specialized literature in the fields of general sport preparation and training martial sports materials, data collection, statistical method of ANOVA. Results: The thesis results show that there are indeed differences in the prepairedness of the contestants from both disciplines, above all in the endurance. We came across an interesting result when testing the special speed. Trainers should certainly consult training methods of related disciplines. Title: Changes in the rules of judo in the olympic cycle 2008-2012 Objectives: The aim of this work is to evaluate and make changes to the rules of judo influenced its development in recent years. In the broadest spectrum compare different techniques of judo and usability at different times. Determine judo hold index most frequently evaluated techniques. Based on changes in the rules to try to explain whether they are attempts IJF (International Judo Federation) to return to the "original " judo success. Methods: Analysis of literature from the history of judo and judo training, The method of observation, interview method, document analysis captured in the form - written form, printed version, video, film Results: Most rated technique in selected competitions during the 2000 - 2004 were: kata guruma, seoi nage, te guruma. For the period 2004 - 2009: kata guruma, seoi nage, te guruma. For the period after 2009 : uchi mata, seoi nage, harai goshi. Title of thesis: Construction of preparatory period for Taekwondo WTF. Purpose: Purpose of this bachelor thesis is creation of a plan for preparatory period with all its belongings. It shoud be applicable in praxis and it should provide needed physical condition for subsequent periods of yearly cyklus. Methods: To make bachelor thesis secundary sources were used, above all expert literature which deals with the theme and websites. Within the practical part there is made the training plan of preparátory period for 12 weeks based on secundary sources and author's own findings from praxis and the describtive method was used.
