The subject of the thesis is to proposal a new family house in the village Sedlec near to Prague. The building is situated in a sloping landscape. Emphasis is placed on the total visual impression of the building and how the building could blend in with the surrounding landscape. The building is intended for permanent residency for a family of four members. The building has two floors above and no basements. The building included also a garage for two cars. The design for the building was made in a system Liapor. The project includes a flat shed roof above the apartment and a flat roof with an attic above the garage.

Target of this thesis is a design of blueprints for a family house consisting of two building units and a separated garage for two cars on a particular plot in the area of Holesov. The aim of this work is to create a functional disposal solution with respect to daily use. The new building is intended for use by a four member family and one of the grand parents who is partially handicaped and suffers from reduced mobility. The building is designed based on the KM BETA construction system and an architectural model is a part of this thesis as the physical presentation of the actual project positioning.

The subject of this Bachelor´s thesis is a semi-detached house. The Thesis is composed in a form of implementing project documentation. Designed building is situated on plots 135/147, 135/150 in Třebíč Nehradov in Podklášteří. Buildings are single-storeys with a residential attic and there aren´t cellars. The houses are merged by garages on the boundary . The emphasis is placed to design functional disposition of two separate residential units. There are two constructional systems of the building – Velox and Heluz. The roof construction is gabled with unusual shape. There are four sunroofs in the roof.
Family house with dental surgery in Kostelec na Hané

A new built family house with dental surgery in Kostelec na Hané. The construction system is classic walled from complex Ytong construction system. Roofing of the property has been executed through the single casing roofs. It is a ground floor building with no cellar where second floor is situated above the ground floor. The entrances of residential part of the house and dental surgery are located on the street. In front of the property parking is provided. Residential rooms and zones are oriented towards the garden and create feeling of calm hinterland with a broad countryside view.

Designed building is situated on plots number 1926/5 and 1926/6 in Rudíkov. The detached house is without basement, consists of two floors. The emphasis is placed to design functional disposition of two separate building units – residental and commercial. The building is designed from system KM BETA. The construction of the rooftop is shed roof with slope of 14°, there is designed a flat roof at the commercial part of the building.

The house has rectangle shape and it is designed in two material variants and of brick blocks Porotherm and of the wall panels DOMY D.N.E.S.. The subject of the Thesis is a newly built of univoltine house with a temporary accommodation. The building is laid into the flat landscape of the selected allotment in the city called Kroměříž. It consists of the two floors. The main entry is oriented to the southwest. The building is designed from the KM BETA system. The construction of the ceiling system is designed from HODOTERM - KM BETA. The construction of the rooftop consists of the two pent roofs with a 15 ° slope of the roof plane.

The Bachelor’s thesis called "Family residence with a branch of an insurance company" built-up addresses a vacant site in Brno – Horní Heršpice. This is a vacant site in terraced houses on the Sokolova street. New family house is designed as two storey house with flat roof and without cellar. The basement wall system is woodchip-concrete blocks called Izoblok. Ceilings are designed as monolithic. The house is based on strip foundation. The building is located at the street line, its height does not exceed 8 m and built-up area is 261 m. There will be a branch of insurance company towards the street, entry to the residence and double garage. The ground floor is designed as barrier-free apartment facing the garden, adapted for the disabled person. Another spacious apartment is situated on the second floor.
