For comparison there is mentioned description of competitor’s products from this branch. The part of this thesis is analysis of measurement actual speed on the train vehicles and analysis of imaging information to staff of vehicle. The base of this finding is making several projects about future way of development of this electronic tachograph. Main programmes of this thesis are design, implementation and verification functions of module relays outputs for Electronic tachograph RE1xx. Practically design must be satisfy with basic technical-law specifications, which refer of this branch for application this device. Thesis contains the description of single parts of scheme, control microcontroller, using of integrated circuits. Further thesis will contain theoretical calculations, design of main software and his implementation to the module. The aim of design and implementation of module relays outputs is evaluation reached outcomes from view technical solutions, functions and price statement of the module.
Control of the laboratory model of synchronous drives
Koubík, Martin ; Bílek, Michal (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The aim of this theses describes the design of the control program for the synchronous axes model and reconstruction of this model. The first main part is description of synchronous axes model, description of engines and other components of model. Then model modifications are described. Another part is discussing the TwinCAT programming environment and describe all important elements that must be performed for proper functionality of the model. There is also a description of function blocks that are used to program motion sequences. The last part is described of demonstration program and program which would be used for teaching.
Production control system to solve safety risks
Jelínek, Vojtěch ; Zezulka, František (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with a description of automated manufacturing process with solution of safety risks in the industrial company SWOBODA.CZ. In the first part are placed an information about operating procedure of manufacturing process, conceptions of the control and safety and information about the specific hardware and software. Next part contains program which deals with safety of machine and description of visualization and control of machine. In the end is described program for testing error statuses of machine and their announcements.
SW model of PLC controlled crossing
Simon, Jakub ; Bílek, Michal (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The objective of this thesis is to create a software model to control various types of crossroads using programmable logic controller. The control system is created on Siemens PLC SIMATIC S7-300. The programmes of system are written in different programming languages such as GRAPH, STL, LAD. The visualisation is also created to control by using of SCADA system InTouch from the company Wonderware. The visualisation comunicates with the PLC using a DAServer. The visualisation has both, input and output elements, so it is not intended for supervising the run of the control system only, but also for simple user‘s control, using a graphical user interface. It is possible to control the start and stop events of the system, and to switch between different crossroad's control modes and also to trigger the pedestrian's button.
Laboratory railway model control
Šimík, Vladislav ; Chovanec, Jan (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This work deals with possibilities of operating signals under the power supply voltage and using of this technology in guidance of a model of railway. Firstly there is an analysis of analogous and digital guidance of the model of railway. There is also a description of theory of three kinds of used modulations such as ASK, FSK and OFDM modulation. There are described only principles of those modulations because the problematic of the modulation is going to be solved by integrated circuit. The next part of this work is going to deal with a market research and with description integrated circuits, which ensure the modulation of operating signals of power supply voltage. There is also going to be noticed a description of others circuits that are needed for the correct function of the whole furnishing. Then I will continue with a project of scheme and single PCB for a guidance of the model of the railway. The last part of this work is concerned with activation and a proof of those proposed linkage.
Sample projects for operator panels
Urbánek, Matouš ; Šír, Michal (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
In this bachelor’s thesis will learn about the development of exemplary projects that are designed with fixed functionality for operator panels SIEMENS (BASIC, COMFORT, RT). For this task, I have a development environment TIA portal that brings together many software tools and programs. With which allowed me to create code for specific hardware, and communication with him, or in simulation mode to test the behavior of the application in a real environment. Code, on the PLC is required for the platform (PLC) S7-1200. It is modern and provides flexibility in making out our needs in automatik. The task is engaged, firstly synchronization solution PLC and HMI operator panel. Secondly resipes in these panels.
Robotized Adaptive System for Precise Grinding of Mechanical Components
Jech, Filip ; Štajnochr, Lubomír (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The aim of diploma theses is the design of an adaptive robotic workplace. The theoretical part focus on the division of robotic systems and the technical description of individual devices that were used in the implementation of the solution. The practical part contains an analysis of solutions and optimization of the entire production process in terms of minimizing the trajectory, smoothness of movements, time interval, which were analyzed in RoboSim software and in Roboshop software source code was created. Part of the theses is the design for an adaptive production process. The result of the work is an algorithm for controlling robot movements between individual processes. The theses contain a variant solution and possible innovative solutions for possible expansion of the workplace.
Visualisation of alarms via OPC AE in the control system SIMOTION
Hrnčíř, Tomáš ; Hajátko, Pavel (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
In the Diploma Work is described the Simotion commanding system which has been produced by Siemens. Conception of the system and its features are explained. Further, the work deals with the data and alarm transfer among separate systems, an item which has been dealt with by the help of OPC (OLE for Process Control). Its update and specification have been covered with OPC Foundation organization. The alarm report visualization out of the Simotion system to WinnCC environment (which is not a client of OPC Alarms & Events server) is introduced here .
Control of digital multimeter by GMC-USB interface
Janošík, Zdeněk ; Kozák, Tomáš (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the design and subsequent development of user applications for communication, control and manipulate with Metrahit multimeters. To realize the application was chosen C # programming language and development environment Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. With the developed software will be able to connect multimeters to a PC on selected COM port, the connected devices can be set, monitored the measured value and processing these values. In this work, we will find a description of the created application, analysis of individual instances and features of the program. And instructions, how to use individual elements of the application. There is also a short description of the interface which is used for connection between multimeters and PC, and description of multimeters themselves, their properties and uses.
Control of manipulator model
Simon, Jakub ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The task was to study the physical model of the coordinate manipulator. It is controlled by two stepping motors by Schneider Electric and Beckhoff¨s industrial IPC. Then get to know the TwinCAT control software communicating on the EtherCAT network. Then revive the model and create a task to illustrate the functionality of the model with a simple ON / OFF third axis, as well as revive the industrial camera. Then create your own design of a full-fledged third axis and let it be realized. Finally, create an illustration application with the full-fledged third axis manipulator.
