The aim of the project is a new building of detached house in the kadastral area Golčův Jeníkov, district Hvlíčkův Brod. The building site is triangular shape, fenced from all three sites. Entry to the site is situated from Obora street. The house is detached one in existing development. It is desined for a four members family. Main entry is situated from the house frontside. The house is situated seven meters from line of public way and minimum two meters from neighboring sites. Paved area is desined infront of garage. The terrase is situated near north-east wall of house. The house has three floors (basement, groundfloor, firstfloor). Twoo cellar rooms are situated in basement. Groundfloof and firstfloor are going to be used as living area. The building isn´t wheelchair solved. The architectural design of the house is conceived for using of traditional materials in their natural colour finishing (elements bricks, stone, wood, iron).

The thesis is an analysis of economic indicators one joint stock company Jihomoravská plynárenská using statistical methods. The goal is an evaluation of economic indicators, to make the conclusions and suggestions for improvement. The suggest part of thesis deals with the pricing issues and looking for new opportunities. The thesis contains theoretical background needed for full understanding of the analytical part, analysis and recommendations, which after putting themselves into practice contribute to the improvement of present condition as well.

I tis a two floor object without dwelling attic. Construction systém is called POROTHERM withhalf-assembling ceiling systém MIAKO. Roof is be hardcoverd and SCHIEDEL chimney.

It´s a two-storey cellarless family house shaped „U“ with a residential attic and a pent roof. The building is closely connected to the neighboring house. The dispozition of the building is divided into two parts: the part of the day and the part of the night. The part of the day consists of a living room directly connected to the kitchen and the outdoor area. The part of the night is situated in the attic with three romms and the full bathroom with the toilet.

POLÁČEK, Lukáš. The cost calculation a made-to-order production in the engineering company. Bachalor thesis. Brno. Mendel university, 2019. The main goal of the thesis is a proposal of an effective method of a cost calculation of made-to-order production in engineering company, which is based on characteristics of particular types of calculations and analysis of a made-to-order production in the selected company. The thesis contains four main parts: First, a theoretical part is dealing with costs and their classification, calculations, classification of calculation methods and classification of calculation formulas. The second part introduces the engineering company, in which the issues related to the definitions of terms are located, the separation of a production based on its focus, its arrangement and the definition of made-to-order manufacturing with its description. The third part is concerning over the selected company, which contains its description and description of orders and an approximate description of the manufacturing process. The fourth part contains the provisions on the contract and its costs, when it changes into the description of the calculation methodology with the resulting proposal of the calculation formula of the made-to-order production. The master’s thesis deals with the aggregate reviews of the economic situation of one joint-stock company, primarily using statistical methods. The goal will be to analyse the data by these means, to compare them, to make the conclusions and suggestions for improvement. From the knowledge of historical data and forecasting preconditions for the future the company will gain clearer image about its development and future directions.

The objective of the bachelor thesis is the design of the hotel in Libínské Sedlo, close to the city of Prachatice. Building is designed as four story, partly embedded in sloping terrain. Load bearing structures are primarily longitudinal walls. On the ground floor is placed reception, restaurant, kitchen, sanitary facilities for emloyees and technical rooms. On the other stories are rooms for hotel guests.
