Public transportation is important for urban development. It Must perform tasks interms of quality. Public transport services influencing many factors quality. For the transport company, it is important to define these factors and then these factors follow. Transport companies define standards of quality, their use offers a quality service that passengers expect.
The character of public transportation and primarily functionality and efficiency greatly affect the quality of life of the population, respectively passengers. The goal of this taskis not only to analyze the current situation, but especially to suggest some optimization of the state, in the sense just to meet requirements and expectations of passengers. Finishing this optimization is conditional on economic efficiency, technical conditions and backgrounds, so they were within the proposed optimization takes into account these factors.
Overall, in the context of optimizing it is a need to meet very specific groups of passengers, such as the elderly and children, as well as adjust the location and nearby bus stops and accessible by public transportation strategic points in the area (hospitals, schools, shopping centers). The task at least it draws attention to the major shortcomings in this sphere and the goal to propose possible solutions.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new detached house with dentist office. The project is created in form of project documentation including all problems and related issues. The building is situated in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floors and it is built from brick system POROTHERM with contact insulation. The construction has two forms of roofs – gable roof and two single-lower flat roofs. Concerning house-building plot, terrain slopes down to northwest side. This project is primarily focused on functional, disposal and architectural aspects of detached house.

Bachelor´s thesis is prepared in the form of project documentation. This is a project of family house with projection office. The building is located in village Štarnov, is a partially basement and has two floors. Family house is situated by flat terrain. The house will be made from Porotherm witch contact insulation and single-layer flat roof. In the basement there is a store, a fitness and a technical room. The first floor is used for projection office, which is separated from the private area object with own entry. The second floor is used for private purposes.

This bachleor‘s theesis is deal with project documentary for the implementation of family house with place of business. Type of business is small shop with wine. The land is situated in the built-up territory in town Vracov on quit street Borová which is situated near the wood. The land is flat and large enough for building of family house. On the land is situated parking place and garage which is a part of house. The family house with place of business is two-floor separately standing and partly with a cellar.The family house is accessible from local street. The building is designed for family which is consisted from 4-5 persons. The main enter into the building is situated on the first floor, the enter to the business plac eis situated on the forst floor too. The roof is designed as flat roof.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a project of passive family house with design office. New family house is located in the northern part of Pístovice near Vyškov. It is a single-storey house with conservatory and partial basement. The supporting structural system is combined. Wooden structure is insulated with blown cellulose and flat roof with polystyrene. The building is based on concrete slab insulated from the bottom with the foam glass granulate. There is a winter garden, which is located on the south facade. Built-up area is 240.5 m

The Bachelor thesis deals with the processing of project documentation in the municipality Hutisko – Solanec. The project documentation and attachments are processed according to the current legislation, regulations and standards. The apartment building is situated on a parcel 362/1, which falls within the cadastral area of Hutisko – Solanec. The land is linked to the transport and technical infrastructure. This apartment building consists of four residential units. Each unit is designed for housing of 4 to 5 people. In the basement there are parking spaces for each apartment one. The ground area of the building is 308 square meters. The supporting structure is designed from the POROTHERM. The building is covered by an arched roof and the supporting structure consists of trusses. The apartment building is situated on a land slope and is embedded into it.
