Design of customizable automated visual quality control system for assembly lines
Martini, Silvano ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of machine vision. The research is devoted to description of the machine vision system hardware and software components. In practical part is described design and realization of the software, which allows several tasks of machine vision to be performed at the same time.
Possibilities of noise measurement on machine tools and determine their source
Malušek, Pavel ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Kroupa, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with methods for sound source localization. It also analyzes types of microphones which are used for this purpose. There are detailed described the parameters of the microphones at first, principles of every method and their application in practice then. The aim of this thesis is application of these methods in determining the sound sources on machine tools and evaluation the advantages of individual methods for the specific purpose.
Extending the functionality of educational robotic manipulator
Nejedlík, Tomáš ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Klimeš, David (advisor)
This thesis deals with extending the functionality of robotic manipulator. The main objective is the implementation of control algorithms into microcontroller dsPIC. In the first part, realizable modifications on the manipulator are described. Touch end sensors are replaced by touch less Hall sensors. End effector, which is used for writing, is replaced by gripper for moving items. Another section deals with design PCB with microcontroller and it describes the final program. The last part deals with connection intelligent touch display, which is used for controlling the manipulator. Demonstration application is created to show the use of the display and new end effector.
Desing of the robotic workstation for automatic tightening screws connections seatback – seat and belt buckle
Kafuněk, Jan ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the problem of designing an automatic robotic workstation for automatic tightening screws connections seatback – seat and belt buckle. The research part of this thesis deals with current trends in the automotive industry, especially with the problem of assembling seats part, with focus on screwing. The design part of this thesis maps the process of designing two variants of an automatic robotic workstation. Special attention was given to the process of choosing the right industrial robot for the task, as well as to the construction of the end-effector and of the resulting 3D data. The right version of the workstation for the consecutive implementation was then chosen based on multi-criteria evaluation. The finishing touch of this thesis is a risk analysis for the implemented workstation.
Control and synchronization of electric drives in NI LabVIEW
Martini, Silvano ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis in his beginning describes basics of motor controlling and function principles of EtherCAT bus. Majority of the thesis is devoted to extending module SoftMotion for development environment NI LabVIEW. There is described the basic concept of the module, ways of functions using, various programming approaches and examples. Realization of hardware control is mentioned at the end.
Design of a drived convertible axis for a reflector Laser Tracker
Novák, Tomáš ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Knobloch, Josef (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor work is a structural design drawing of a drived convertible axis for a reflector belonging to a measuring machine called Laser Tracer. The convertible axis is used to establish the reflector into two positions during the measurements of the geometric accuracy of vertical lathes. The work includes research in the area of possible structural solutions to the given issue, structural design drawing of a drived convertible axis, calculation of the needed torgque for an electric motor and its control suggestion. Complete drawing documentation is a part of this work, as well as a 3D model of the convertible axis.
Vibration measurement and analysis on parts of machine tools
Svoboda, Miroslav ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Kroupa, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of the Master‘s Thesis is the measurement and analysis of vibrations on the machine tool parts using a vibration sensor. This work also contains an overview of the current knowledge regarding the issue of the vibrations and the vibration diagnostics, measurement itself and analysis of the measured vibrations.
Hydraulics forceps for heavy manipulators: compare of design welding or casting constrution
Burian, Viktor ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis discusses forging manipulators and their use in free forging. It describes principle of functionality and structure of these machines, which serves as a special accessory for forming machines. It describes the construction technology of casting and welding structures. It executes proposal of casting and welding construction pincers for selected load capacity and the basic design calculations are made according to this proposal. Then, these structures are evaluated in technical and economical view.
Industrial robots with serial and paralell kinematics structures and their applicaion in industry or nonindustry enviroment
Kuba, Gabriel ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on a general overview of the issue of serial and parallel kinematics of industrial robots. For easier understanding of the term it is at the beginning of the basic definition of terms. This thesis presents the historical development of industrial robots. Next chapters analyze serial and parallel kinematic structure. Another chapter is a comparison of serial and parallel kinematics. Last chapter is devoted to the use of industrial robots with serial and parallel kinematics in practice and their construction.
Design and implementation of software for ablation cell control
Sýkora, Ota ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
The essence of this diploma thesis is the design and implementation of software for laser ablation control. The paper describes laser ablation, hardware specifications of device and application requirements. The second part provides description of design and implementation of the actual application in NI LabView.
