High-Power Li-Ion Battery Charger for Electromobil powered by Hydrogen Fuell-Cells
Šuňal, Martin ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Hejkrlík, Jan (advisor)
Main target of this thesis is deisgn High-Power Li-Ion Battery Charger. The next step is realize and energize it. Charger is designed as switching power supply concretely with regulators and electronic protects.Convertrer is directed with integrated circuit UC3845. This intelligent charger enables to get a very high output current (30A) and it has small dimensions. Usage of DC/DC convertrer as a base of a charger has many advantages like easy output current control, small dimensions, low weight and low production costs.
Power supply module for servo-drive
Kudláček, Pavel ; Procházka, Petr (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to theoretically design and to put the mains power supply module for two-axis servo amplifier TZG 560 with the total power 28kW for the company TG Drives into practice. The analytical design of the power part with the braking circuit, the calculation of power components’ heat balance, EMI filter design and realization of measuring, controlling and indication circuits are described in the thesis. In addition, the mechanical device construction, structure of the controlling program and the results obtained in the verification process of the module functionality are presented.
Control system of laboratory stand for educational purpose
Ondrejček, Vladimír ; Procházka, Petr (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
This thesis proposes control circuit, that will be used in laboratory stand. The first part contains components that interact with the control circuit. The second part deals with the actual design of the control circuits, their design, appropriate selection of components and wiring. Third part deals with the assembly of the entire device and its commissioning.
Electronic Ignition Unit for Combustion Engine
Čmelík, Matouš ; Knobloch, Jan (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
Thesis deals with electronic ignition for a two-cylinder two-stroke engines. In the thesis is described the existing ignition system. In the thesis are described measurement options of the position ot the engine crankshaft. The ignition system is designed mainly for motor JAWA, CZ and motor Trabant. The design is focused on reliability of entire circuit. The main advantage of the entire proposed design is possibility to adjustable ignition curve, depending on several external parameters such as speed or temperature of the engine. The proposed ignition has been tested in vehicle Velorex.
DC/AC inverter for small asynchronous machine
Pavlík, Ondřej ; Patočka, Miroslav (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to propose three-phase converter of low power 100W for driving the asynchronous motor. The device is suitable for construction with fans. This proposal was optimized in light of close price and of technical practicability. The arrangement is possible to use in less exacting applications where it was guarded high price of common converters so far. For allocation catalogue scheme were chosen acceptable components and designed the board of printed circuits.
Measurement of tissue impedance during electroporation
Uher, Jakub ; Novotná, Veronika (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
The Bachelor's thesis is devoted to the impedance of tissue in relation to the modern medical method electroporation. The Bachelor's thesis is divided into five chapters. The first three chapters describe the behaviour of the tissue and its impedance, whether during the passage of an electrical current or a phenomenon before and after the electroporation procedure. The fourth and fifth chapters examine those phenomena in the previous chapters on measurements made on animal and plant tissue.
Control of stepper motors using a programmable logic controller
Jochec, Jan ; Ctibor, Jiří (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with stepper motors and their control using programmable logic controllers. The aim of the work is to get acquainted with stepper motors and the supplied programmable controller, to design and make an additional equipment necessary for the control of stepper motors, to design a teaching task and subsequently to create an experimental version of the control program.
System with AC generator for cell electroporation
Lukoianov, Petr ; Folprecht, Martin (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is observing a system with AC generator for cell electroporation. The first paragraph keeps an eye on description of methodology of biophysics mechanisms. In the 2nd part several kinds of devices were described. In the last paragraph you can see a non-assembled construction and operating principle of the device. Apart from that the control circuit logic explored and device manual is included.
The inverter for arc-welding
Vaculík, Josef ; Klíma, Bohumil (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
This diplom thesis theoretically deals about principle of pulse welding current source. Work explains operation principle of the single acting transmit converter used in realized construction and mention the others examples of converters types. Goal of the work is design individual parts of source : input filter, pulse transformer, output inductor and power semiconductors components. Thesis also contains description of the regulation circuitry of the converter, auxiliary power supply and pre-driver for power transistors. If everything will be all right prototype of the source will be assembled and measured. Results will be compared with theoretical assumptions.
High voltage power supply for dielectric strength
Klejma, Michael ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Martiš, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with a choice of proper solution of high votlage source with regulated DC output in range of 0 – 50 kV. Source will be used for testing of electrical insulators, with function of displaying voltage at which breakdown of the insulator occured. Due to low output current up to 1 mA it is possible to use a cascade voltage multiplier as suitable solution. The voltage multiplier is powered by switching-mode power supply with high voltage pulse transformer. The inverter uses single-acting innovative topology that enables a supply of alternating current to the voltage multiplier. This solution is simple, but an analysis of operation is difficult, as will be described in details in this thesis. Realization and testing of the source has been successfully done, but the source had problems with its own EMC. After debugging, requested parameters have been achieved.
