Engagement of the EU into the Enforcement of Fair Trade Principles

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the Engagement of the EU into the enforcement of Fair Trade principles. Its objective is to characterize the approach of the European Union and selected member states to the issue of Fair Trade with third countries and to identify how their attitudes project to the European policy and legislation. The first part is concerned by the general problems of the developing countries and their role in the world trade since 16th century. The second part focuses on the general characteristics of Fair Trade, its major principles, history and also its organisational structure. Fair Trade and the European Union is the theme of the third, key section of this paper. In this part, the approach of the whole European Union and the selected member countries ? such as France, Great Britain, Czech Republic and Greece, to the Fair Trade is analysed and compared here. This thesis facilitates to provide the complex view of the European Union to the Fair Trade and to approximate this concept to the wider public.

This theses analyzes financial situation of the company REHAU, s. r. o. on the basis of financial reports of the period 2006 -- 2010. The thesis is divided into three individual parts. In the theoretical part are introduced theoretical bases for financial analysis. Methodological part describes methods of financial analysis, which are applied in practical part. In the application part I closely look at calculation of particular indexes which I use for the evaluation of the financial situation in analyzed company.

The market analysis in services industry in a small company example

The thesis analyses the ability of competiton of a company in the service branch, in the sector of the installation electronic safeguard alarm. One of partial aims of thesis was an analyse of the historical development till the present, and an analyse of the inner and outer environment and preferences for selection theirs future suppliers. For this have been used methods of SWOT analysis and a questionnaire. The main aim was disclose and take advantage of opportunities, eliminate weak intents and limit distress.. One of the results of the thesis is choice of an acceptable agency for seeking new employees, implementation of a system for customers relationship management and institution of first step for management quality.

The aim of Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company Abner, a. s. during the period of 2005-2008. From the position of an external user I evaluate financial position of the company. The thesis is divided into two individual parts. Analýza inzerce nabízející zaměstnání

Pracovní inzerce je specifickou oblastí personální práce z mnoha důvodů: je prostředkem komunikace organizace se širokou veřejností, může ovlivnit image organizace, je součástí procesu získávání zaměstnanců. Skládá se z různých doplňujících se činností jako je např. definování správného publika inzerce, napsání inzerátu, výběr správného média, rozvrhnutí dostupných finančních zdrojů a časové naplánování jednotlivých kroků. Zároveň inzerování zahrnuje i papírování, které obsahuje objednávání a monitorování inzerce, účetnictví, evidenci odpovědí a pak také především další komunikaci s uchazeči o pracovní místo.
