Apartment building in Karviná

The focus of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The apartment building is placed in Karviná in the Nové Město district. The building has four above-ground and one underground floor and includes 16 apartmans of various layouts. In terms of shape, the building is composed of blocks of different dimensions. The underground floor is designed for technical facilities, storage of things in cellar cubicles and a social room for the gathering of tenants. The above-ground floors are divided into apartment units with different layout variations and sizes, to accommodate a larger number of potential residents. Most of the apartment units have access to a balcony, which provides outdoor space and increases living comfort. The project includes material and structural solutions, ceramic blocks for vertical load-bearing structures and concrete for horizontal load-bearing structures. A green roof is design for the building to improve the building's properties. There is a parking lot on the southern part of the property.
Apartment building Nové Zámky

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and develop project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building in the town of Nové Zámky. This object is freestanding, without a basement, with four above-ground floors. On the 1st floor there are two garages for three cars, boxes, a technical and cleaning room. There are residential units on the other above-ground floors. There are a total of 7 residential units in the building. On the 2nd floor there are two apartment units with a layout of 4+kk and one apartment unit designed as 1+kk. The 3rd floor is designed similarly to the 2nd floor. There is one apartment on the 4th floor, which is designed as a 5+kk and a common terrace for all residents of the apartment building. The building is covered with a two-level flat vegetation roof. The roof above the 4th floor is designed as non-walkable and the roof above the 3rd floor is designed as walkable and serves as a terrace. The support system is designed as transverse in all above-ground floors made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures and balcony are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete.
Apartment building in Moravské Budějovice

This thesis covers designing documentary materials for realization of a new- build property of a residential house. The residential house is planned on a flat land. It is a four-floor building with a cellar. The constructional system is brick of construction blocks POROTHERM. The building is based on foundation strips from pure concrete. Vertical supporting constructions are from blocks POROTHERM. Horizontal supporting constructions are from monolitic reinforced ferroconcrete. The roofs are solved as flat single housing cover. In the residential house there are 12 housing units, non-residential premises and a technical hall. The total built-up area is 380,82 m2, The attic height is +9,890. The building has got a barrierfree entrance, but there is no barrier-free flat here. There is a car park next to the residential house. There are a technical hall, gym, clubroom, a washroom, a pram room, a bicycle room, a storeroom and cellar booths for individual housing units. From the first floor up, there are individual housing units. Flats have an access from one central staircase. In this area, there is also planned a lift.
Multifunctional building

This diploma thesis solves the project of polyfunctional apartment building in Habrovany village in the scope of the documentation for the realization of the building. The building is designed in accordance with the custom of building the region with the greatest possible elegance and modern design. The project includes two classic flats 3+kk and 5+1 and is one above-standard attic apartment 5+1 with a large roof terrace. The house belongs to two premises in the 1. floor and two office units in the 2. floor. The solution of parking on the land for residents and shop visitors and a smaller grassy park behind the house.
Family house in Vsetin

The thesis is focused on preparation of project documentation of a detached house with an establishment. The building is designed to parcel No 1126 Vsetin. This is a two-storey house of brick ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The house is roofed gabled roof. Drawing part was processed in a computer program AutoCAD.

This bachelor`s thesis deals with the drafting of project documentation of apartment building. Residential house is situated on flat land in the cadastral territory of Veselí nad Moravou Předměstí on plot number 4651/23. The building has three floors. There is a total of 5 residential units. Total capacity is 15 people. The support system is designed from the system Heluz. Roofing by flat roof. The building has a usable area of 593,7 square meters.
Detached house with business premises

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to design and elaborate project documentation for building of a family house with a design office. The building of the family house is located in the cadastral area of Mikulovice near Pardubice. It is a two-storey, partly basement detached house, which corresponds to the conditions of operation of the building. The family house is designed for a family of four. On the 1st floor there is a WC + bathroom with a technical room and a gym. On the 1st floor there is a design office, which is intended for the homeowner, then a kitchen, a living room, a guest room with its own dressing room, a workshop connected with the garage. On the 2nd floor there is a living area consisting of three rooms and a studio. The structural system of the building is designed from the POROTHERM system with an external contact insulation system ISOVER GREYWALL with a thickness of 120 mm. Vertical load-bearing peripheral structures of 1st floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor will be made of POROTHERM 30 P + D. The inner bearing walls are made of POROTHERM 30 P + D and POROTHERM 19 AKU and POROTHERM 11,5 PROFI are used for non-bearing masonry. The exterior plaster is a CEMIX FLEXI thin-film, water-repellent, fluted with 2 mm grain in light gray. The staircase is designed with reinforced concrete monolithic. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of the ceramic-concrete system POROTHERM (beams Pot and inserts Miako) th. 250 mm. The roof is gabled with TONDACH Hranice 11 roofing in black. Doors and windows are designed in gray and white, garage doors are designed in gray. Floor coverings are designed taking into account the use of individual rooms, namely ceramic tiles and laminate flooring. The main goal of my work was to solve the disposition for the given purpose, ie to design a suitable construction system and to draw up the drawing documentation including the text part. The bachelor thesis is processed in the form of project documentation for construction.
Apartment building on Ořechovka

The main goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to design apartment house and create its blueprints. Object is located in Southern Moravian region in south-eastern outskirt of town Strážnice on allotment n. 2012/112. Purpose of using this designed apartment house is building for living consisting of seven apartment units. Every apartment unit has its own CELLAR, one outer parkland and one garage parkland. Apartment house is designed as building with basement, three above-ground floor and flat roof. On the property allotment are designed row garages with shed roof made of truss. Apartment house is designed as wall system construction. Foundations are made of strips, ceilings are designed as composed of reinforced concrete. Supporting perimeter masonry of basement is made of formwork, supporting perimeter masonry and all inner walls of overground floors are made of ceramic bloks. Staircase is designed as reinforced concrete. Thermal insulation above level of basement is composed of basalt wool. Under terrain level and in area of plinth is used Extruded polystyrene XPS as material for thermal insulation.
Multifunctional building

The assignment of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. It is a detached multifunctional house, which is located on a slightly sloping terrain. The building consists of four floors and is partially basement. In the basement of the building there are mainly storage spaces, which are designed for housing units located on the highest floors. The space of the first two floors consists mainly of commerce and there is a sports shop, massage equipment, hairdresser and office space. The building is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The perimeter masonry of the basement is made up of concrete blocks, which create lost formwork for concrete filling. The load-bearing masonry of the building consists mainly of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures are made of Spiroll panels, which are complemented by reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The building is insulated with the Etics contact insulation system. The roof is designed as a single-skin vegetation roof.
Family house in Zruč nad Sázavou

This thesis deals with a new family house in Zruc nad Sazavou. The family house is designed for owners of the design office building with parking. Height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground, the object is in slope. It is a two-story, single-family house for 4-5 persons with garage for two cars. Plan shape is a polygon. The structural system of brick Porotherm bricks, ceiling structures of the panels Spiroll. Foundation strips are made from plain concrete. Flat roof single casing. The property is connected to the construction of winter garden. The project was processed by a computer program ArchiCAD.
