Residential building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new residential building and the development of project documentation for the construction of a residential building with almost zero energy consumption. The building object SO01 - Residential house is located in the south-western part of the village Hustopeče, and it is mainly rectangular in shape set in the sloping terrain in the back half of the plot. The entrance to the building is oriented to the south side. The building has four floors above ground and a basement with a technical background of the building and a gym. Each storey contains two mirrorfacing residential units. The building contains six apartments with a layout of 4+1 and two attic apartments with a layout of 3+1 kitchenette. Access to the apartments is possible from a common staircase with an elevator shaft. The foundation structures are designed as strip foundations. The building is constructed of ceramic Porotherm bricks. The ceiling structure consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The roof is designed as a pitched gable roof and a pitched roof. The entrance to the building is designed for wheelchair access. From the south and north side, access is provided for the first to third floors to a covered balcony. The top floor provides access to the terrace for both attic apartments. The façade plastering is done in white shade with a combination of façade brick strips Klinker.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the about the family residence. The detached house is located in Brno-Královo Pole, in cadastral area Poděbradova. The family house is located on a relatively flat plot and is situated on the north side. The house has two floors, with a balcony on the second floor and flat roof. On the east side there is a storage. The whole family building the residence is made of concrete slabs, with the main focus on Steico building materials. All insulation materials are from Isover. Project documentation was performed in Autocad computer software.
Light Guide Evaluation

Light guide is a tubular skylight with mirrored internal surface. It is a lighting device bringing daylight into the interior of a building without windows or into rooms with insufficient daylight. It presents the potential for energy savings, opens the possibility to use places that are not well lit and offers opportunities for improving the visual comfort of the indoor environment. This thesis reviews the potential of light guide system as a daylighting approach in building and presents results of experiments on performance of tubular skylight prototype. The main task of the thesis is focused on comparison of traditional light guide system and newly developed prototype, examination of its light transmittance and efficiency as well as its thermal behaviour in order to find possible improvements for applications in buildings.

The bachelor thesis “A Residential House” has been worked out as a project documentation which comes up with a solution of designing a single-apartment detached residential house. It is a double floor house with a partial cellar and a flat roof and it is situated in a gently sloped terrain. The first floor above the earth level is meant to be a “day” section while the second one should be a night quiet section. The vertical constructions are suggested to be made of ceramic breeze blocks “Porotherm”. The horizontal constructions will be ceramic, composed of the joists “Pot” and inserts “Miako”. The foundation stripes are made of plain concrete.
House with designer's office

This thesis is focused on the design of a low-energy family house with a design office. The building is proposed in the cadastral area of Švábenice. Location on plot number 1294/37, whose total area is 1154 m2. The building has one floor with a residential attic and no basement. The house is designed for a family of four. Part of the building is a design office for one worker with a place for visits. The foundation of the building is on concrete strips. The vertical structures throughout the building are brick fittings made of ceramic blocks. The horizontal structure is a prefabricated ceramic ceiling. The building is covered with a sloping gable roof at a slope of 36°. The non-pedestrian flat roof is above part of the premises.

The objective of the master´s thesis is design of the building in the Valtice city. The building is designed as single-detached dwelling. On the first floor are located wine cellar, sanitary facilities for guests and the staff, common areas and guest accommodation facilities. The second and third floor are designed for guest accommodation facilities and for a need of the staff. The wine cellar and one room unit are designed as a wheelchair accessible. External walls are made of Heluz Family 44 brickwork. Ceiling structure is made of reinforced concrete slabs. The supporting system is made of Porotherm 25 / 25 AKU SYM. The building is three-level house with flat roof and partly basement.
House for dwelling and business

Bachelor thesis project addresses the single-family house with a business background. The building has two floors, partial basement and second floor above ground is designed as an attic. The supporting elements of the structure are designed with brick system POROTHERM. External walls in the basement are formed shuttering blocks BTB. The roof of the family house with a business background is gabled roofs with tiles of shuttering BRAMAC Nature. The project focuses on design documentation and detailed elaboration of details. The project also includes technical reports, hygrothermal assessment, fire safety design and technical design of the building.

It is about new- built family house, which is standing alone on edge of the village Troubsko u Brna. The building´s height and architecturally are designed to fulfill requirements of surrounding buildings. The building has a basement smaller than the house itself and it has residential attic. The basement serves as a garage for two cars. The rest of the house is conceived as a single-family house, for one family of for people (two parents, two kids). Construction system is made by brick block of Porotherm, including the ceiling construction. The house has a gable roof which is designed as a roof without purlin system. As covering of the roof serves roof clay tiles.

Thesis describes the design layout and processing of project documentation for execution residential house with one housing squad on sloping allotment number 140/12 in catastral of the Vohančice. It is an object for family housing of four members with accomodation possibility for two guests. This object have one underground storey, two aboveground storey with flat roof and terrace in second aboveground storey and entrance to garden from first aboveground storey. Documentation includes an assessment of the building envelope and classification using the label, as well as fire safety of building. Theoretical part of this thesis i solving problems with proposing of the stairs.
Residential building

The diploma thesis designs project of residental house in Sluhy village. The thesis solves layout and spatial studies, technical reports, drawings for detailed documentation, simple static calculations, building physical examination and assessment of fire safety The architectural and spatial design is based on shapes and proportions oft he original building, which demolition was realized during the project developing. The desing is also based on shapes of existing buildings in surrounding, it means large rural homestead near Prague. There are designed eight dwelling units in the residental house ranging from one room with kitchen to five room with kitchen. All of them are accesible common entrance. Common garage are situated on the ground floor.
