Verstile approach in dance lessons at primary school

This bachelor thesis focuses on education of students of artistic dance at basic art schools. It specifically aims at means of general teaching process and a brief characterization of principles of different basic dance techniques. It attempts to find a mutual overlap between the styles of movement from the point of view of a dancer. The main goal of the work is to open up this teaching method and to contribute with the gained experience to dance educators who prefer teaching of combined dance techniques.
Musical instruments manufacturing in the Czech Republic

The thesis analyses musical instruments manufacturing in the Czech Republic or to be more precise, guitar manufacturing. This specific segment, being both art and craft, is introduced from different perspectives. The first section is focused on history of manufacturing from the first half of the 20th century till now. From available sources I put together a list of active manufacturers and point to their affiliation with important organisations which associate them. Based on the facts gathered through my communication with manufacturers and my research I come to an average output, export breadth and the means of distribution. I also focus on client relations, attracting new ones and the overall competitiveness. In the final section I analyse the manufacturing itself – the types, actual trends, innovations and manufacturers´ preferences when it comes to components.
Folk Dance Ensemble Nisanka

The work is mainly about folk dance ensemble Nisanka in North Bohemia, its history from handwritten chronicles and the main characters of the ensemble. Briefly processes the North Bohemian Region, its two main personalities and dances. We also take a look at the ensemble repertoar and also how the ensemble intends to continue its work.
Jump cut, the cut jumping about conventions of continuity editing

This bachelor thesis examines the discontinuous editing process - jump cut in the theoretical-historical context, as well as in the three film analyzes, both practical and meaningful. The theoretical part of this work serves to realize the basic principles of shearing composition and, in particular, defines the circumstances that are behind the successful binding of shots in general. The next part of the text is devoted to the technical aspects of the jump cut and the related aspects that are decisive for its composite quality. This part also explores the historical origin of the jump cut on film examples, where it appears first and / or consciously. To a large extent, how much and how the popular film criticism has contributed to its popularization. Finally, the analysis of the three selected films examine both the useful jump cut and the occasions when it is not. Analysis are specifically intended to characterize the importance of jump cut and its impact on the viewer in the story of the analyzed works and whether, under what circumstances the jump cut contributed to the resulting whole or not of the work.
Processing of non-musical themes in compositions for keyboard instruments

The bachelor thesis is focused for processing programme music in keyboard literature in second half of the seventeenth century in Germany with a focus on Johann Kuhnau and his Biblical sonatas. The aim of this work is outline idea perception of music in second half of the seventeenth century in Germany and focusing non musical themes, which were widely used in Baroque. I focused on the analysis of individual Johann Kuhnau´s Biblical sonatas and on combining the biblical story with music. The knowledge for me is the depth of this connection and the detailed thinking of baroque composers.
The Meaning and Role of ČT art in the Musical Life of the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with an approaching the deeper knowledge of the cultural TV channel ČT art which started its broadcasting o of August 2013 and nowadays is the one best-evaluated TV channel with the regard to the satisfaction of television viewers. The first chapter of the thesis is focused on the organizational structure of Česká televize, the council of Česká televize its statute, the codex and the ethical panel and the laws under which it is governed. The second chapter is about the origin of ČT art and the dramaturgy of its TV shows. The third chapter describes the viewing of ČT art in overall audience measurement of Česká televize as well as the viewing of the particular music programs on ČT art. The fourth chapter contains the basics overview of the budget based on Česká televize´s annual reports focusing on cultural shows and its production financial aspect including musical shows. The final chapter is dedicated to the International TV Festival Zlatá Praha which is closely connected with ČT art.
USAGE OF CRYPTOGRAMS IN MY OWN WORK IN THE CONTEXT OF THEIR USAGE IN MUSICAL HISTORY FROM THE 18TH CENTURY UP TO THE PRESENT

The basic principle of musical cryptograms is a transformation of words into a musical material. There are many composers, throughout musical history, who used cryptograms mainly in a form of musical motives or themes. My pesonal concept of musical cryptograms differs from the historical one in many ways. The main goal of this thesis is to create an insight into my own methods of composition, which are quite closely related to cryptograms. The core content of this thesis is preceded by a brief overview of various means of creating musical cryptograms. In this overview I concentrated on a time period approximately from the 18th century up to the present days. Examples of my own particular forms of use of cryptograms are also a consistuent part of the thesis.
The artistic – educational project The Dialogues

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to get acquainted with the essence of the artistic - educational project The Dialogues, which refers to cooperation among students, dedicated to dance education in the context of basic art education, and their educators and professional dancers of our current dance scene. In brief charakteristick are presented different actors of the project - a large dance group from ZŠ and ZUŠ Karlovy Vary, the dance group NoTa Pilsen and Prague dance group NANOHACH . Each chapter of the work contains the exact time schedule of the preparations, a detailed description of the formation of one of the choreography - the Moment of transformation - and the final presentation of the entire project. This expert work is also contemplating the meaning and importance of mutual influence of amateur and professional dance world in the wider.
Parallelism as a principle of multi-voice leading

The text focuses on parallel motion of voices as a type of multi-voice leading, as an element or a factor in process of composition in the context of music theory, and also in the context of different periods of history of music from prehistory to the present with the main consideration for the use in my own latest work. The first part of the text deals with the concept of melodic and harmonic parallel voice leading regarding to its sound quality and functional meaning in a musical piece. The second part is a chronological interpretation of the conventions of using the principle of parallel voice leading in the process of composition or interpretation in terms of individual periods of history of music.
