Russian Poetry at the Beginning of 21st Century

This diploma thesis is written on one of the least investigated and the least known areas of the Russian literature - contemporary Russian poetry. The aim of this thesis is to propose certain perception of, on one hand, the artistic patterns and contents, and, on the other hand, of the historical, cultural, social and aesthetic significance of the contemporary poetry. The key principles of the current poetic scene include the shift of the literary paradigm, aesthetic pluralism, and variety of the artistic styles. This work consists of three parts. The first chapter describes the theory of the forming of the post- Soviet literature, as well as its state after the second half of the 1980's until the present day, in the context of social, cultural and literary factors. The features and certain phenomena of the current literary process are also discussed within the first chapter. The second chapter examines the main aesthetic trends of the contemporary Russian poetry. The last part of the thesis provides the look upon the problematic and thematic characteristics as well as the stylistic features of the contemporary poetry. The coherent overview of history of flower plantations, especially perennial herbs in objects of horticulture art, which offer view through particular styles of horticulture architecture, is given in this bachelor thesis. It explains visual feature of these objects and application of characteristics principles of creation in relevant periods. It is also aimed at natural-like plantations of perennial herbs and solves similar issues, including reflection of possibility of appropriate implementation of these types of vegetation elements of horticulture arrangements. The second, practical part of work is aimed at individual project. The plantation of perennial herbs with natural like character in concrete model object of horticulture art was solved. The typical attributes of this object and changes during designing were flexibly taken in consideration. Thesis describes studied object in historical and contemporary connections and evaluate facts through analyses and graphical outputs on the base of own exploration. It also solves problems of plantings and subsequent care of this plantation.

Prace se zabývá rozdíly v řízení německých a českých vedoucích pracovníků. Hlavním cílem je zaměřit se na působení německých expatriotů v českých firmách, jejich problémy při vedení zaměstnanců, komunikace s nimi a prosazování firemní kultury mateřské společnosti ve společnosti dceřiné. Teroretická část uvádí do problematiky expatriotů, jejich působení, odměňování, trénink a repatriace.
