Social work with users of non-alcoholic addictive substances with psychiatric comorbidity in contact centers

Bachelor's thesis presents the form of social work in low-threshold social services called contact centers, The empirical part builds on the theoretical part and examines the challenging situations that social workers face to in a work with users of addictive non-alcoholic substances who suffer from mental illness. The tools and sources of support they use to deal with specific challenging situations are also introduced. For the purpose of the research qualitative study, social workers from the territory of the capital city Prague and the Central Bohemian Region are involved.
