Visitors` Satisfaction in South Bohemia (Písek - Blatná Tourist Area)

The bachelor's thesis deals with the research of visitors' satisfaction in the South Bohemian region, specifically in the tourist area of Písecko-Blatensko. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the determination of factors influencing the visitors' satisfaction and their perception of the quantity and quality of the primary and secondary tourism supply in the destination. The thesis also focuses on the possibilities of increasing the satisfaction of visitors in the area of Písecko-Blatensko.

Visitors` Satisfaction in the Town of České Budějovice

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the satisfaction of visitors in the town of České Budějovice. Thus, the area of tourism and the factors affecting it is crucial, as well as the topic of the tourism offer, which is carried by the object of tourism, i. e. destinations, businesses and tourism organizations. Also important is the tourism product itself, which is offered to potential customers in the market and satisfies their needs. Within the theoretical assumptions, the demand of tourism, which is represented by its participant, is also taken into account. It is his satisfaction that the work deals with, and therefore his behavior, motivation and decision-making process are examined. Furthermore, the work deals with quality in tourism and its connection with satisfaction. The building block of the work is a questionnaire survey. It took place in August and early September 2019 in the most visited locations in the city of České Budějovice. In total, number of 297 respondents participated in the survey and evaluated their satisfaction with selected services. Information on the mode of transport, the organization of the trip, its main reason, the number of people in the group or expenses during the stay was also sought. Based on this information, a draft measures leading to an increase in the satisfaction of České Budějovice tourism participants was drawn up.

The diploma thesis deals with methods for evaluation of the cultural and environmental potential of the tourism destination. The theoretical part defines the professional terms that need to be understood for processing. In the practical part are implemented selected methods, which were applied on the regions of the Czech Republic. Subsequently, these methods were compared by results and their strengths and weaknesses were defined. The design part deals with innovation and improvement of current methods.

Factors Affecting a Visitors´ Satisfaction in South Bohemia (The Region of České Budějovice)

The aim of the thesis is to identify factors influencing satisfaction of tourists coming to the Region of České Budějovice with services of tourism. Concretely, how the respondents perceive quality and quantity of primary and secondary tourism offer in the selected region in terms of demand and proposal of measures designed to increase tourist's satisfaction. The presented case study is based on an analysis of the questionnaire answers provided by the visitors in the selected municipalities in the Region. This questionnaire survey is processed, evaluated and also compared with the depth interviews with the specialist in tourism. In the other part of the thesis hypotheses are evaluated. A concept addressing transport infrastructure was designed based on the results of the questionnaire. Furthermore, a proposal to support business subjects in tourism was created. It can lead to a prolongation of the time that visitors spending in the Region of České Budějovice. This could aid tourism in the area and the general satisfaction of arriving visitors.

A partial objective was to determine whether area of Pribram is attractive for tourism and tourist attractions which lure many tourists coming to Pribram.

On the basis of primary and secondary information resources has been carried out evaluation of tourism situation in Sedlčansko. Questionnaire investigation has been carried out. The main types of tourists are families with children, young people and students and the third segment are adorers of cycling. For every segment must be identified optimal tourism offer.

Téma bakalářské práce je "Podpora cestovního ruchu na Znojemsku". Bylo vymezeno a charakterizováno území Znojemska. Byly zanalyzovány složky primární a sekundární nabídky, které jsou využívány návštěvníky Znojemska. Předpoklady pro cestovní ruch se ukazují nejen na množství vinic a nezapomenutelné kráse přírody, ale i na významnosti kulturně-historických památek. Dále byla provedena analýza potřeb a požadavků návštěvníků Znojemska. Formou dotazníkového šetření byly vyvozeny závěry a provedeno jejich vyhodnocení.
