Hotel in Špindlerův Mlýn
Vostřelová, Jana ; Pobořil, Lukáš (referee) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
In the thesis of the documentation Hotel in Spindleruv Mlyn. This is a six-storey building of the partial basement. In 1S is a technical base for an indoor swimming pool, air-conditioning, hot water, workshop, stores, and USB battery compartment. The 1st floor has a reception, restaurant with kitchen facilities for staff, and ski storage pool. In 2 and 3rd floor are designed bedrooms (two - four people) with access to the loggia. In the 4th floor are two two-storey rooms designed to 5th. The foundations are designed as footings under load bearing walls and the columns are designed shoe. External walls in 1S are designed from the shuttering in thickness. 300 mm insulated thermal insulation XPS thickness. 100 mm. External walls in 1 to 5th floor are designed from the sandwich concrete blocks tl.400 mm with built-in liner made of stabilized polyurethane foam (th. 140 mm) from BS Group Klatovy. The roof is designed with smooth saddle roofs with a slope of 34 °. Plane roofs are completed in different height levels. The ceilings are designed as a monolithic thick. 180 mm.
Static solution of garage floor slab
Sitta, Martin ; Požár, Michal (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
This thesis presents the design and evaluation of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab, which is point-supported by columns with column heads. There were made two designs of this slab, one without column heads and the second was made with column heads. The simplified static calculation by hand and its results were compared with results from computer FEM software.
Load-bearing reinforced concrete structure of a family house
Borovec, Michael ; Januš, Ondřej (referee) ; Zlámal, Martin (advisor)
The final thesis is focused on designing reinforced concrete load-bearing structures of a detached house on two floors and one basement. In the basement will be located the storages, utility room and wine bar. On the ground floor will be located garage for two cars, living room with kitchen and study. On the second floor will be located bedroon and two child’s rooms. The ceiling slab of the second floor, the ceiling slab of the ground floor, the ceiling slab of the basement, spiral staircase, half-turn staircase and walls of the first underground floor with solution as water-resistant construction. Programs SCIA Engineer 21.1 and Dlubal RFEM are used to calculate the internal forces. To varify the accuracy of the results is used manual calculation. The work includes drawings of formwork and reinforcement of the all designing structires. The bulding is designed according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1.
Multifunctional building
Szabó, Beáta ; Pailová, Alena (referee) ; Maceková, Věra (advisor)
The diploma work is dealing with a new building multifunctional building, which is divided to a medical center and two flats for living. The building has three floors with different altitudes and partial cellar. The object is covered by flat roof. The location of the house is on a mildly slanting surface. The basics is made of concrete C16/20. External walls are stalled from POROTHERM 44 P+D and insulated system ETICS. The internal vertical walls are made from POROTHERM 30 P+D and POROTHERM 36,5 AKU, partitions from blocks POROTHERM 11,5 P+D and POROTHERM 14 P+D. The ceiling construction above each floor is made from filigree panels.
Apartment building in the gap site
Doupovec, Vojtěch ; Pulec, Vladimír (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on design of a monolithic reinforced concrete structure of an apartment building situated in a gap site. The foundation is designed on a foundation slab supported by piles, which together with the walls in the basement are made as a waterproofness concrete structure. It is a two-way wall construction system, made in a combination of masonry and reinforced concrete. The structure was assessed for the ultimate limit state and the serviceability limit state. Due to the requirement for waterproofness, the reinforcement was designed for non-force effects at an early stage. The work includes drawings of shapes and reinforcement.
