Non current assets financing through financial lease, loan and own capital acquisition is described in theoretical part of the thesis. The means of financing are further analyzed in accordance with particular needs of a specific company. Practical part deals with relevant financial institutions offering long term assets financing. At the end of the work, most suitable solution for the company is recommended.

Analysis of internal accounting directives on the example of the veterinary clinic

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of internal directives on accounting. The aim is to highlight the significance of internal directives for the accounting entities, concretely in the case of veterinary clinic. The first part analyses what requirements are necessary for the establishment of veterinary clinics from the point of view of legislation. The second part presents what the internal directives are and in which areas can be internal directives applied. In the last part, the thesis focuses in detail on one area in which the internal directives are used, on the stocktaking.

Valuation of selected part of assets

Diploma thesis "Valuation of selected part of assets" deals with problems with valuation of non-current tangible property and inventories by International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in comparison with Czech directives. Firstly will be described basic valuation techniques used by the IFRS and also by Czech directives. Secondly will be explained valuating models separately. Problems with valuation of non-current tangible property and inventories by IFRS and by Czech directives are discussed in last two parts. Discovered findings are compared in conclusion of that part. Diploma thesis is also covered by illustrative examples.
